They can't seem to deliver packages on time. They will send it iout and the the driver will return it without attempting to deliver. Don't bother trying to call them as they will never answer the phone. If you go it, they have no answers as to where your package is. They are worse than useless.

My neighborhood mailbox has been out of order going on 2 months, 8 of us have to drive to the Post Office to retrieve our mail and wait up to 20 minutes in line. 2 weeks went by and I went to get it and I was given 2 pieces of mail, junk mail, not 1 piece for me and I know that can't be, I'm missing a whole bunch of mail and they say that's all there is! Where is my mail? Bills won't get paid because of it!!!
this post office should be closed down. I have had my mail opened and re-glued, and they keep me from receiving pertient mail, such as the ballot issues and also ballot by mail that I never received last year. they also put one's mail into other people's mail boxes. I saw the reason for the poor service when I went over there and got a glimpse of why all this is happening. The FBI should get involved. Pinedale office is very good!!

This has to be the worst customer service and delivery! I had been waiting on an order that I had shipped Priority Mail... when it didn't come I got concerned and called the vendor they gave me the tracking number and according to the Post Office website it's been sitting there "Ready to be Picked Up" for 4 days! No notice left for me and I can assure you I've been home every day this week!!!! I've even met the mail person at the door each day to keep the dogs from barking! Where the hell is my package???? I now I have drive over, stand in line and pick it up myself! Last time I use them!
The mailman in the 93705 area is lazy. Every order with Amazon, instead of walking over to my apartment and knock on my door he'll just write a notice of delivery slip and throw it in my mail box. This have been a trend with him and I have reported this trend to Amazon in which they have worked with me on my orders. Today Dec. 17 2014, this idiot have been given the heat I am sure and he rang my doorbell. It literally took me 10 seconds to get to my door and he was already gone. I called this post office and the guy over the phone tells me the idiot mailman isn't picking up his phone so he cant tell me if there will be a redelivery or if I can come and pick up my package. Skip a couple of hours I get an e-mail from USPS stating that I wasn't home for a redelivery now I'll have to wait an extra 2 days to get my item. How did these guy get the job? I am very concerned that we have lazy and incompetent people like this handling our mail.
I had my mail held without knowledge or consent from this post office. I had lost my keys and asked and paid for a replacement. They told me my keys would be ready in 5 days. I go into the post office on the 7th day. My keys were not ready. Ok...fine. I specially asked the lady at the customer service counter if there was any mail that was on hold so I could pick it up. She glanced back and did not bother to really look. I walked out. When i sent my mother in to pick up the mail box keys the following week, there was no mention of held mail nor was there any mail given to her a this time either. I had been waiting over a month anxiously awaiting a payroll check, gift cards, bills, etc. I called HR at my job and asked them what the holdup was. Apparently, it had been sent out since November 7, 2014 and I had three visits to the post office since. What is the problem here? I called the post office immediately and they said they would look into this. There was definitely mail being held on my behalf. I tried to state my concerns to the lady I spoke to over the phone. She sounded uninterested. She said, she would talk to staff... Yeah Right! I sure trust your word now lady! The post office on Dakota and Hughes in Fresno, CA. is unprofessional and unorganized. The worst Annex, independently owned post office ever. They've ALWAYS have given me a tracking number whether I wanted one or not, asked for one or not, or paid for one or not. Initially, Missy and her staff buddies refused to tell me what her name was. Then she told me that her name was Sara Jordan, if you want to believe that. Today I mailed out two packages but wanted to pay for them seperately. I guess special orders upset missy, especially when there's nobody standing behind me in line. I wanted to mail a package one time and Missy told me that they were all fresh out of tracking numbers that day. I went along with the flow and didn't rock the boat. Today I went to mail a package & she didn't give me a tracking number. When I asked for one, she told me that it would cost me an additional $1.05. Then she told me that I had to ask for a tracking number, then she contradicted herself and said that they never charge for tracking numbers. Then she said that I ALWAYS ask for a tracking number when I NEVER have. I already know that they provide tracking numbers and it's probably factored into the cost of shipping. How can I possibly ship a package on eBay without having a tracking number? It's unheard of. These youngsters, who work for this independently owned post office, think that they're calling all of the shots and making up their own rules as they go along. My behavior? I can't remember the last time, if ever, I exploded in front of someone in public out of all places.
