I went in because I needed my fotos transferred to the new AT&T phone we just purchased. Ashley said she could not help me because I did not purchase my phone there. That is so wrong. I thought all AT&T stores would treat you the same. She said that this store is a corporate store. She said I had to go back to the independent At&T store that I purchased my phone at.
Helped my dad cut his bill in half. After massive runaround from the phone ( bank or Bangladesh ) the we're awesome!
Note: This review is only for this specific AT&T store. I've found some other AT&T stores to be less helpful. With that said, I found that whenever I visit this AT&T store, they're really helpful and friendly. I kept having problems with my iPhone so I wantwd to switch to Android before my contract was up and they helped me to find the cheapest way to do that and the best new plan for me. Also, they were really friendly whenever I went there, like even if I didn't buy anything, they still helped me get a screen protector on my phone. I positively recommend this store to anyone. Also, back to when I switched from iPhone to Android, I had no clue which phone I wanted so I just asked which one was the most "teenage proof" and they were still able to help me! That's not even a real word I'm pretty sure, but the guy helping us that time was extremely helpful in picking out the right phone for me and was still super friendly even though I'm sure we sounded like idiots repeating questions & just totally not understanding AT&T next or whatever it's called. he really helped us to understand & know what we were getting into when we switched contracts.
