The Broilers

I've been a regular to broilers for a couple years. It is always been one of my favorite places to go as it isn't healthy alternative to fast food however at this location inconsistency is a huge issue. I place the same order every time I've made in order and it's never the same twice and often I get incorrect orders. It is been awhile since I've gone and I missed it so I went back tonight only to get home with the wrong food and when I returned it I was sent home with burnt food. It tasted like charcoal and was so hard I couldn't chew it

I've been a regular for quite some time at this location. Never have I ever had a problem with the employees or the food. They're friendly, clean, professional, and the food is fantastic. The young ladies working the front are always so sweet. I highly recommend this location whether you're taking it home or dining in.

Shaw and West location has a super rude employee. Kisten or Kristen whatever her name is has absolutely no people skills whatsoever and can't even say thank you! My family eats there about once a week/3 times a month at the least and has encountered her rudeness on many occasions. And I finally witnessed it today for myself. Seeing someone act that way with my dad really made me mad! I wanted to slap her freckles right off her face. I'm trying to get ahold of the owner or someone who's in charge, cause somebody needs to teach this chick some manners! No customers = no job for you honey. So treat your paying customers a little better!
