I bought a car from this dealer & had been paying for several months. Within that time my car broke down, come to find out the dealer had put additives in my car to prevent my engine light from coming on. Now im paying $2M to get my car fixed and to top it off I got a loan to pay them off & they gave me the run around for about a month. Finally when i got a hold of them they did NOT acknowledge one of my receipts & said i was late, causing me to pay an extra $50. All because Nadar said he didnt have that receipt & i have the receipt. Worsed car dealer ship I've had to deal with....be carefull buying from this dealer!!!!!

Very easy to deal with. I felt they were upfront and straight forward to deal with. I have purchased 2 cars from them now. They gave me a good deal for a nice car. They even added a warranty for the car to sweeten the deal.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM . AT THE TIME OF SALE I WAS GIVEN A DUE BILL ! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS IT IS WORK PROMISSED TO BE DONE WITH IN ONE MOUNTH OF CAR BEING INSURED . WELL NOW IT HAS BEN ALOT LONG THAN THAT AND AFTER GETING THE RUN AROUND THEY SAID THEY WHERE NOT GOING TO KEEP THER WORD AND THROUGH THE COPY OF THE CONTRACT AT ME AND SAID GET A GOD ATTORNY BECAUSE THEY HAD VERY GOOD ONES ON THERE SIDE . THEY ARE PART OF A BIGGER DEALERSHIP .TEAM VOLTSWAGON OF HAYWARD,CALIFORNIA . DON'T TAKE MY WORD ALONE ! CHECK THEM OUT WITH THE B.B.B. ! I WILL NOT RATE THIS COMPANY ! I FELL THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT !
