Never had worse service than that of Ron Dias. Been with farmers for 13 years and everything was fine until my agent sold my policy to Ron. for the last few years it doesn't matter when you call, you either get answering machine or some lady by the pool who says he will call back never does, or he's on the road or he's in training. Always rude, never follows through. Found out I'm still being billed for a vehicle I sent in writing two moths ago asking for termination, while adding a new one. Thank God the new vehicle hasn't had a accident! So done with incompetent service!

Dear Farmers, thank you so much for what you have done for us, we lost my Dads

house on Sunday and Alicia and Ron Dias from your company was right there, and

still are, it has been hard for us, we just lost our farther and now his house,

but Mr. and Mrs. Dias and your company told me don't worry about anything we

will take care of you and they have. I am so proud to have them and your company

and I will never change, I have all my cars and homes threw you and trust me I

am telling every one that you do stand behind your words and you do take care of

Ron and Alicia were Fantastic!! I got better insurance and more coverage for cheaper than I was paying with Titan. They gave me exactly what I was looking for and were professional about it not pushy. It was the best insurance move I could make.

I am not one to write reviews. With that being said, Ron and Alicia have taken the Insurance market to new standards. They look out for number one!! ME!! When my friend told me about them I was a little skeptical... Insurance salesmen are one step above attorneys and used car sales men is what I always said... Yeah not these two. Top notch GOD fearing people who know the value of a dollar. More important, they know the value of treating people right!! Good Job Ron and Alicia Dias.

Ron came to my home, presented an inurance program that was three times the medical and property coverage than my previous carrier, better Towing and Roadside assistance, and something I had not heard of, LOSS OF USE for my auto insurance, rental policy, and life insurance for $27 more a month that I was paying for my auto insurance alone. Thank you Ron and Alicia for all that you have done. I feel truly appreciated and taken care of.
