The company founder, Mr. Esteban Pauli, P.E., comes from a strong construction background.         We were introduced to Esteban Pauli and his Pauli Engineering Inc by another engineer because of the special construction and engineering project demanded by our needing to rebuild a multi-unit apartment structure at risk of collapsing by virtue of a sagging cantilevered soffit involving upstairs dwellings. Esteban's unique combination of engineering knowledge and extensive practical construction methodology proved a perfect fit. He was willing to travel to our project, which geographically was far away from his home base in Fresno. He noted several flaws or inadequacies in how one of the country's major General Contractors was trying to rebuild our structure, but whose construction crew missed important details in the architectural plans. His insightfulness and diplomacy in surfacing these inadequacies saved the project and caused it to be a success. We could not recommend anyone more highly!
