If i could give 0 stars i would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. About 5 months ago we ordered 3 calzone lunch specials which comes with sodas, chips and a salad. (Delivery) put on hold for 2min just to place the order. I placed my order was told it would be 45min. After 1 hour we called and we're told our food was on the way the they were behind which is understandable. 1hr15min I call again while I'm on the phone delivery driver pulls up. With our calzones and sodas but no salad or chips. He forgot them. He had to go back and get them returns 10min later with only 2 of the 3. By this time I am upset and ask to speak with management. Was placed on hold another 5min. Manager was very rude, terrible attitude. I refused to pay for the food and informed them we will not be ordering again. 5months has gone by so I figured I'll give them another shot. Bad idea! I called to order 2 calzones only for delivery we guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. I placed the order and was told 1hr 25min. Then hung up on without being told thank you or asked if I wanted anything else. I called right back to cancel and was hung up on. Called back to speak with manager. They just set the phone down without pressing hold. I Could Here Them Laughing And joking. This is ridiculous. It is also middle of the week not a weekend so 1hr 25min is insane. I called roundtable right after and they were very courteous and kind 45min and my food was delivered and great.

Phone was answered promptly and courteously. Pizza was as ordered. Pleasantly surprised because I called on a Fri evening.

pizza was undercooked and staff sucked. Offered discount off next pizza. Yeah right!

I would not recommend getting a sandwich from them! The one i had had one thin layer of meat on it! For the price i paid for the sandwich i wish i had gone to subway or Quiznos.
