Macy's

I went to Estee Lauder to pick a foundation and I asked the old lady to match me and she gave me the palest shade that was not my skin tone. She gave me and my sister the same shade and I am darker then her. She was rude and I asked her questions and she seemed to be a know it all. She is old, fat, and dirty to think she know about make up. Will not buy from this store again, I will go to sephora to buy my products. Rude customer service skills. She should be fired.

If you go to Macy's Lancome, do not seek help from the manager Gloria Flagg. My experience with her was terrible. She was a very angry, nasty, and unfriendly lady. As a customer, she did not show appreciation nor customer value. Because of her, I will now go to Gottschalks Lancome, they are much friendlier over there.

My wife and I bought a Breville 800ESXL Espresso Machine from Macy's. They advertised a "sale price" of $399.99 online(which is Breville's suggested retail price), but we found the price was $499.99 when we arrived at the store. The sales person took care of the price, but he had to do it the next day when their "in-store" sale started. My real frustration lies with what I consider to be some serious price-gouging -- NO ONE sells this unit for more than $399.99, and for Macy's to have a different price online than in the store seems unethical. We had Macy's gift cards to use, otherwise we would have gone to Williams-Sonoma or Bed Bath and Beyond. We won't return to Macy's again.
