I was looking for a specific sapphire ring, the ring was no longer available at this location, the staff was very friendly and found the last one at another store out of town! Unfortunately when the ring was ready I went into labor and was unable to pick up the ring. They were very understanding and held the ring until I was able to come in and get the ring. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend.
