Creative Nails

I have always had a great experience here. They are friendly and we never have to wait for very long.

Worst place I have ever been! The shop is dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. While some of the employees are nice and helpful, there are a few that are SO rude and nasty I couldn't even believe it! Even the other ladies were apologizing for my nail tech's incredibly rude and nasty behavior and remarks! It took 2.5 hours to get a simple mani-pedi because no one could do anything write - they couldn't even file my nails properly! They looked like they had been done by a first grader, completely uneven (one side really long and the other short and slanted?!) Not to mention they took off half my length when I specifically stated all I wanted was a touch-up file to keep up the shape!



After they destroyed my nails, I literally just said, let me do it myself, this is getting ridiculous! At that point my first nail tech just got up and left and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone else to come finish my nails. I only asked for a French tip with gel on my fingernails and a regular pedi - the french tip was terrible. Uneven, not what I continued to ask for regarding width of the tip, etc. And the exceptionally rude tech kept coming up to my new nail tech and watching what he was doing, talking about how that's exactly what she was doing and I was just a horrible customer.



They also guaranteed that their polish is so good that it will not chip or scratch, and if it does to come back and receive a touch-up for free. Well, within 3 days my gel polish had chipped AND cracked and looked terrible. I went back and told them to just take it off, I didn't want to waste anymore time there. They took the polish off but didn't buff my nails so I still (10 days later) have uneven nails and remnants of the polish. This was the worst place ever - and completley overpriced, especially considering the service they provide (or dont!).
