I have been coming to auto enchantment for the past 15 years. I love there work. Friendly people. Clean place very professional and I still come to them for work on my car.

Take this as a reverse endorsement. These guys are a joke. No experience, yet ego filled. Take it from a 16 time world record holder, 5 time National Drag Race Champion..... Don't waste your time,and certainly your money.

Entered the store on 03/16/2012 at 11:40am. There was one customer ahead of me and the sales representative focused all of his attention on that customer for a good 10minutes while I waited patiently; furthermore, the whole purpose for my visit was to purchase a set of bulbs for my vehicle and the sales representative could not even take a minute to go over specific prices on the bulbs and or the different options that were available to me. He said in a rude manner, "Hey bud the prices are on the bulbs and I didn't even know what the model number for my bulbs were!" Rather than taking the time to look for the model number on the computer or just simply show me a few bulbs, he decided to help another customer that came after me. I don't care if a customer is making a big purchase or a small purchase, any business should take into consideration the asset of all their customers! This could have been all avoided if the sales representative had just a bit of knowledge in his profession and at least show some respect and courtesy to his customers, I would have made a purchase and he would of gotten a sale! I've been in retail for over 5 years and I had never received such bad customer service in my entire life if I was the CEO of this company I would have fired him along time ago. Who knows if this comment is going to make a difference or not; more importantly I hope this comment will persuade customers to shop elsewhere whether online or down the street. This was the last time i'll ever shop at Auto Enhancement, I will pursue this review with all my family members, friends, colleagues, and all other contacts here in Fresno so that they will never step foot in this business!!!!! I'm very unsatisfied because purchasing aftermarket parts for my vehicles had always been a hobby and passion of mine its quite sad!!!!!!!
