About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I went in because I needed my fotos transferred to the new AT&T phone we just purchased. Ashley said she could not help me because I did not purchase my phone there. That is so wrong. I thought all AT&T stores would treat you the same. She said that this store is a corporate store. She said I had to go back to the independent At&T store that I purchased my phone at.

Worst Customer and Tech Support Around

Worst service of any internet provider I have ever used. Our service had been cutting in and out for a few months and I finally called in and spoke to someone in January. Was told they (Unwired) were aware of the issue with the towers on Bear Mountain and were in the process of trying to resolve it but did not have an exact ETA on when service would be back to normal. Did a speed test and hooked my laptop directly to the Ethernet line. Tech support submitted to have a credit placed on the account. Nothing was done. Called back a few weeks later and was told that it was hackers and that our download and upload speeds were being targeted by malware or spyware, and this was after being on hold for 20mins. Was then transferred to the billing dept since he could only see that there was a pending credit request. Talk the billing dept and was told I would receive a call later in the day about the amount of the credit. Never got called back. Called in later in the week and talk to the billing dept and was told they couldn't help and did not care if I cancelled service and disconnected the call. Called back yet again and spoke to the person that was supposedly handling the credits and she argued with me over the fact that she never spoke with me about a callback yet her name was notated on my notes and was told she would be happy to cancel my service and would transfer me and was disconnected yet again. Finally talk to another tech support rep that was semi helpful but did not know when the lack of Internet service would be resolved. He called back a few days later to say that we were exceeding our downloads and that was why the service was so slow. No one in the house has been able to use the Internet for awhile and our phones have been hooked up to our wireless providers network. I was then placed on hold yet again to see if a credit would be applied to the account. And after about 10 mins on hold was told they could not guarantee any form of credit and I finally said I would be canceling service and was disconnected on. Called back and spoke to someone in the sales dept and he canceled the service. Worst customer service I have ever received. This company sucks!

Very Helpful

Note: This review is only for this specific AT&T store. I've found some other AT&T stores to be less helpful. With that said, I found that whenever I visit this AT&T store, they're really helpful and friendly. I kept having problems with my iPhone so I wantwd to switch to Android before my contract was up and they helped me to find the cheapest way to do that and the best new plan for me. Also, they were really friendly whenever I went there, like even if I didn't buy anything, they still helped me get a screen protector on my phone. I positively recommend this store to anyone. Also, back to when I switched from iPhone to Android, I had no clue which phone I wanted so I just asked which one was the most "teenage proof" and they were still able to help me! That's not even a real word I'm pretty sure, but the guy helping us that time was extremely helpful in picking out the right phone for me and was still super friendly even though I'm sure we sounded like idiots repeating questions & just totally not understanding AT&T next or whatever it's called. he really helped us to understand & know what we were getting into when we switched contracts.

I'd say whatever you do, don't...

I'd say whatever you do, don't take your computer here. Their commercials talk about how their guys listen, and won't be know it alls, and they won't take your problem lightly, but that is exactly what Dan at their FigGarden location did. My screen went black and I had very important files on hardrive that I needed to get off. I told him exactly what path to take to find the files, what their names were, paid him extra to do it quickly and stressed to him that these were very important court files. I left it with him. Called back a few hours later, he told me that he had backed up my "hard drive" and was ready to reinstall Windows software. To me, backing up the hard drive means a lot more than just retrieving the "My Documents and Settings" folder, and yet when I arrived there to pick it up, that is all he had done. He never even looked at the location and path that I had told him the subject files were in. And then after I had sent the same laptop out to a forensic computer specialist to retrieve the files and they told me there was absolutely nothing there and wondered if he had kept my old drive, I went back and questioned him further to find out that after he had retrieved the unneccesary "My Documents" folder, he had taken it upon himself to then use a program that the Dept. of Justice uses to erase files, called a "Nuke and Reload" program, and that that program makes it impossible to ever retrieve anything off of the computer again. If I had been able to make the time, I would have taken this jerk to small claims court, but loss of those files caused me so many problems at work that I just couldn't make the time to pursue it. This is no place to take anything that is important to you. They are the worst. He wouldn't even refund my money. I still have very bitter feelings about the whole situation.
