I'm rating this place a 3. I often stop at this location when visiting family. Its usually friendly, quick sevice and the employees are friendly... however , I stopped in evening time yesterday. I didn't mind that there was a long line (I had time to spare) but once it was my turn the cashier helping me was completely rude to my kids and I. (Rolling her eyes, hard stares, and unfriendly) In the middle of our transaction she even left and had her manager finish up my order because "there was an issue" ? I had never seen this employee there or anywhere and I was caught off guard as of what the issue with me was? Anyhow, the manager in turn was rather professional about everything and was he was awesome about keeping his customer. I will be returning (thanks to him) but please have pep talks or training courses with employees about how to treat people period. JAIME is the girls name so head's up when dealing with that specific cashier.
