Let me tell you about the crooked owner of Mission Auto sales, Raul. He took advantage of a 90 year old man with Alzsheimers, my Father, by having him invest 100,000.00 and scammed him. You cant do anything to him though because hes best friends with our police chief Jerry Dyer!!
If i could give this business a negative star i would. We went in at night time to look at one of their cars they advitised on Craigslist. We noticed the car had three different tires but the "co owner" said it didn't matter because the car was good. So we took it out for a test drive in the freeway...car felt fine. It was late and he stood at the door because he said to go back the next day if were going to buy it. So the next morning we went with the money in hand. The person who was going to pay it was going to test drive and owner (the son) got very angry on how he was not going to let anyone else test drive the car because one person driving it should be enough. We told them it wasn't fair because the person paying it didn't know what they were buying. He starting stating it doesn't matter to him if we going to buy it or not because he had "5" in each pocket. I'm guessing he had $5,000 in each pocket. We spoke to him nicely but he had no patience. I have bought many cars at small businesses and also bought brand new cars. I know that's NO WAY to treat customers.
Went in to buy a civic for my son who is graduating high school shortly. They had a great selection of cars to choose from and nice financing options. The owner met with me himself and walked me through this purchase. Couldn't be happier with the service and the honesty they provided. Reading over the other reviews, I'm surprised others had such a bad experience. I would 100% go back for future purchases.
Purchashed a vehicle two months later the motor went out. They did not want to pay for the motor to get fixed or get me into a new car. They also lied stating I put 7k miles on the car, they lied on the paperwork to the bank stating it had 114k but it was more. I'm currently taking them to court. Just want to warn buyers not to purchase from them. They're shady!
Thank you auto dealz Fresno for getting me into a car.... You made it simple with my open auto loan, and my financial situation. I would recommend all my friends and family. Thank you andre and sal.. your the best!
Walked onto Sean's lot, on a Sunday evening ... just to see the cars ... was looking for a car but had not decided if I wanted New or Used but I've always had great experiences with purchasing Used vehicles ... much to my surprise, Sean had just stopped by the lot to finish up a couple of contracts he was working on and from the moment he said, "Hello," he was all about honesty and courtesy ... long story short, Sean was able to get me into a great car, one of my friends came in the next day and they bought a car ... Sean is a genuine, good guy - honest and trustworthy all the way ... I highly recommend seeing Sean to buy your next car New or Used.
Great place to buy a car from I love my 2016 Nissan Altima this place great atmosphere check them out for yourselves! Jose did an amazing job and put gas in my car!
I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I spoke with David who sold me the car and Tito who worked with our loan. They Said the car was honda inspected and passed blah blah blah. Ever since I got the car it's been nothing but problems. The first day transmission is slipping and sensors going off. Took over 1 week for someone to call us back. There was Electrical, transmission, and a.c. unit, sensors, and steering issues. Deductible is 100 each time we bring it in for "checkup". I told them I did not want to pay deductible for the car. I told them I just got the car and the same day we got the car it was having problems. Tito says well you bought warranty for it. So what? I don't want to pay nothing. You sold us a messed up car. As if it was ok just because I bought warranty everything is ok? You sold me a messed up car and all you can say is you have warranty. Not my problem kinda of attitude. I checked my warranty I bought from them. Turned out the coverage we thought we got wasn't the same one we negotiated for. I negotiated for a longer warranty but they made it only one year because they lower our payments while cutting our warranty. I decided to not go back to Honda. What else will Honda pull? I don't not trust them anymore. Overall I'd like to see more honesty and integrity from this place but its too late. It was our fault for trusting them. don't trust them. David and tito are there for a check. Not to help people. They'll even give you a I sell cars to my family and they'll gloat how they're good honest people. They are sales people not your friend or family. Reread your contracts before signing they will flip on you and negotiate your warrenty coverage into the final loan. Be careful and re-read before signing. Don't be dreamwashed. "Eager to sign the contract". Now I'm looking for a trustworthy dealership to take this "certified inspected" car to fix. Don't shop at this place. They will sell you a unsafe car.
We were looking around for a newer vehicle and stopped by Auto College and met Al. He is so knowledgeable and explained every single detail of technical aspects of diverse vehicles he had at his dealership. When we decided to buy a vehicle he made the process so smooth and hassle-free, Al made everything so convenient for us. We highly recommend Al Nasrolli to all who are looking for a vehicle. We will certainly go back to him im future.
Great costumer service with flexible car prices. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado here and couldn't be happier.
