Contacted Andy's Appliances with a dryer issue on Christmas Eve, Not only did the gentleman (Juan I believe) get me a same day appointment, but showed up promptly and professionally. Got it fixed in no time and now works great! Great service, prices, and employees. Would highly recommend and would contact again if needed.

Excellent locally roasted coffee with a large freshly brewed tea selection. The service was fast with good baristas. Recommend highly for a comfortable local coffee shop right off the freeway with easy access.
I had to have both a 3 ton and 5 ton A/C units replaced. Airtech came out (we live in Pleasanton TX) and they were able to remove the old, failed units and replaced them. The staff were extremely polite and completely cleaned up afterwards. Mr. Lucas called me a couple of days later to make sure that everything was working well and to make sure that we were happy with their service. I would absolutely use them again - if need and STRONGLY recommend them. They are knowledgable, professional, clean and reasonably priced.
This is a great service. It's nice to be able to call and have my coffee and any other supplies I need delivered quickly. They offer a great selection of products to choose from.

First American Home Warranty has twice assigned Custom Controls Associates for HVAC issues we have had at our home. The contractor/owners, Louise and Olivie Cvrljak, are the essence of professionalism (competent/highly knowledgeable/efficient) and customer service. Simply stated, they turn adversity into restoration and "working as intended."
Do not call this thief. We called him for service. After service, He came back different day when manager was off and stole expensive parts from our restaurant. We have called Fresno Police to make report and luckily we caught him on video footage.
Completely unprofessional and unprepared.I purchased my 60" Samsung Smart TV and sound bar 3 months ago and had no idea they sell "open box" merchandise. The first TV had power supply issues and would not even turn on. Chris, the owner, came promptly to my home an hour late from our scheduled appt, without the proper tools or equipment, to replace the TV. I was given another 60" as a temporary replacement and the former was taken for repair. After hearing nothing regarding my purchased TV for approx 2 months, and the same issue happening again with the replacement, I called again. I was informed my TV had been sold and the replacement was mine to keep. I informed Chris the same issue had once again arisen, and was informed I would not be given any TV as a replacement. After changing his mind, he gave me a 32" as temporary replacement and took the 60". After keeping for a week and discovering another power supply issue, he returned the TV. Upon returning the TV and hour late from the scheduled appt, he realized he did not have the proper screws and left. When he came back he still did not have the proper screws. After discovering the screws, he realized he did not bring the power cord. After leaving his very respectful employee in my home for approx 30 min, he returned and allowed the employee to install. During the install and adjustments, I made various video recordings I will also post VIA YouTube. There was dirt and fingerprints on my TV screen, which is no major issue. However, as the TV was turned on I discovered bruising to my TV screen under two of the fingerprints. I called Chris and was given the run around immediately. He told me the technician and himself would be at my home the following Monday. After a no call no show, I called and was told he could not make it.Plans were made for Tuesday the next day, with no show as a result.Plans were made for Wednesday, no show due to "weather conditions."I've had to miss 3 days of work time, and was told today nothing would be done to resolve my issue.Please save yourself the headache, do not do business with this fraudulent and unreputable non BBB affiliated company.
RIP OFF! Stay away from AG Appliance in Fresno. They do not honor their warranty or even their word. As soon as I paid cash the scam started. They kept telling me they were coming to service but never would show up. They made Excuse after Excuse. These guys are Big Time Scammers!! BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES. If I could have given No Stars I would have. PS. Nacho, who rated 5 stars, is the guy at AG who rips you off. His review means nothing !
