Contacted Andy's Appliances with a dryer issue on Christmas Eve, Not only did the gentleman (Juan I believe) get me a same day appointment, but showed up promptly and professionally. Got it fixed in no time and now works great! Great service, prices, and employees. Would highly recommend and would contact again if needed.
First American Home Warranty has twice assigned Custom Controls Associates for HVAC issues we have had at our home. The contractor/owners, Louise and Olivie Cvrljak, are the essence of professionalism (competent/highly knowledgeable/efficient) and customer service. Simply stated, they turn adversity into restoration and "working as intended."
RIP OFF! Stay away from AG Appliance in Fresno. They do not honor their warranty or even their word. As soon as I paid cash the scam started. They kept telling me they were coming to service but never would show up. They made Excuse after Excuse. These guys are Big Time Scammers!! BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES. If I could have given No Stars I would have. PS. Nacho, who rated 5 stars, is the guy at AG who rips you off. His review means nothing !

These people shouldn't have even 1 star. Total rip offs. No valid warranty. They will avoid your calls and when they finally answer, the say they are on their way with a no show. Be careful I have purchased a appliance that almost started my house on fire because they use black tape to temporary fix things. Look at other reviews or BBB. Also look at the outside of the business and the sales guys. I should have known, these guys are on craigslist. On my way to Sears.
THEY HAVE FIXED A REFRIGERATOR FOR ME AND IT WORKS EXCELLENTLY, THEY ALSO WORKED ON BOTH MY WASHER AND DRYER AND THEY WORK GREAT. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY! THANK-YOU!!
I had just had a minor surgery and it was 108 out and of course my air decided to die. My husband had to work so I was trying to deal with this alone. I had tried several people in the book and no one was available for several days until I called these guys. They explained because of my special needs they would reschedule and get someone over within 2 hours. When the guy arrived he went right to work and had my air working within 20 minutes. He explained in a way I could understand what the problem was with my old unit, charged me a service call and for freon, and then was on his way. They didn't charge me anything extra either. The next afternoon he stopped by and asked if everything was still working fine. I told him it actually feels cooler than it ever did!! I think they went above and beyond especially since they didn't charge me extra and they stopped by the next day at no charge?? Who does that? I have referred everyone I know to this company and will call them if my heater ever breaks down which may be soon since it's 20 years old! Thank you Great Western Aire.
CLUELESS, INCOMPETENT employees !!!!! When you finally find someone that speaks english, they don't know anything about appointments, scheduling, etc.."Jessica" at the office cannot help you. "Jullian" makes appointments that he has no intention of keeping. We had a tenant that waited a week for an appointment from this company and they never showed up. When we went to their office to confront them, they knew NOTHING. NOTHING! Just blank faces. We used them for the same appliance problem in the past and they have no intention of honoring any warranty on their parts or labor....all of a sudden they can't speak english anymore. BEWARE!!!!
