Rude and unprofessional. When I called him he did not have any sort of professional demeanor at all.

Well I've gone here 3 times and each time there was NO people waiting so I got right in to get my blood drawn- No problem w/that, either- Just wham,bam, thank u 'Mam - HA - 'Course, maybe I just got lucky all 3 times but I'll find out next week when I go in again ����

When we need help and are in pain not much is a good experience. Add to that the crush of people needing help and it takes incredibly skilled staff. They are great under the stress of it all. Very helpful if you're just patient with the process. HIPA laws make it very hard for staff to help people the way they want to. Add all this up and CII is five star care

My Dr. has ordered some blood work. I have called several numbers trying to ascertain whether or not I must fast before the blood work. It is impossible to be connected to a living and breathing person to ask any questions. Several numbers are not working and when I have gotten a working number the only options are to listen to useless information. Then when being transferred to a number to actually talk to someone I get another recording telling me the representatives are helping others to please call back, then I am hung up on. Bullshit

They are horrible. If you have small veins this is definitely not a place to go. They poke me twice and no blood came out. Will never go back.

Went to Apna health clinic for an ear infection. Was told that we would have to pay 100. to before they would see us and that when the insurance paid we would get a refund. 3 months later i had not received a refund and had to call. Each time I have called they have given me some excuse why they have not processed it. I was treated in April and it is now November. We have still not received our refund.

If I could I would not give any stars.. they are very unprofessional they are all rude the Ma's, PA'and Doctors there all theu care about is $ they have dum girls working ther with no experience they hire any one and tge girl make errors all the time by pricking the pts wrong even putting needles where they are supose to go they are very dirty especially the other lil offices the have around town. They even have girls working there woth no type of schooling in the medical field.They are horrible. Do not take your loved ones there!

I would also give a minus 1 star if I could. My wonderful Dr. arranged an XRAY and then later an MRI for an elbow injury.I let my Dr. know I would be out of town and would keep in touch. I called home after 10 days to check for messages, and was told by California Imaging that I needed to make an appt. for a Ortho Dr. at another facility. I called and Calif Imaging told me they would send the XRays and MRI results to the Ortho office as I was out of state.Returned home the day before my appt. and made it to my appt. only to be told that, California Imaging had not sent my results as promised. Now I can't be seen until 4 weeks which pushes any treatment on a back burner. Unreal.!!!
