They are the rudest people. I came in with my daughter looking for a Quinceanera dresses. Before they help you they ask you stuff like when do u need it by and we were shopping or just looking, then limited us to 2 dresses to try on! The employee told us it was too early to get a dress since her bday is in July and we came in Dec. That my daughter could lose or gain weight blah blah. Who are they to decide on that? If they really want to sell dresses they seriously need to learn some customer people skills. They completely turned me off from wanting to buy from them. If you want to be treated with respect don't even walk in here. I couldn't believe the experience I had and my daughter felt uncomfortable with the whole thing.

This was at Manchester mall. I had by far the worst customer service ever, the worker wouldn't let me try on any dresses. She said I can only try one because her dresses were too delicate for me. She didn't even zip the dress up all the way for me and she said "you don't need the dress to be zipped up all the way." Other customers came in and she gave them multiple dresses to try on but she still just told me that I couldn't try on any dresses unless I was serious about buying the dress. No one will know for sure what dress they are buying unless they try it on so how am I suppose to be serious about one dress when it was the only one the employee allowed me to try. She was very rude and I would never go there again!

Disappointed in the photos we took yesterday...the good pictures of my grandson smiling were missed some how.. the scenery was cute but needed more around the easter bunny....eggs in basket should have been full so you could see them!! I could have took better photos with my camera! :-(
Has the worse customer service ever! Won't let us try prom dresses unless we are for sure were going to buy it. The sugar sugar inside Manchester Mall is the same. Don't go there! They are rude. These people there don't deserves your support.

Cy and his Associates are delightful people to work with! The selections available at POSH are fantastic.... and one of a kind... and they are happy to order from a number of catalogues. They make everyone feel like a close friend... they Listen to what you are asking for... ask pertinent questions, and set about getting you the exact item (or something even better) that you request. They make it fun to stop in and browse... it doesn't get better than POSH and Cy's Gang!!
Stay Away! They forgot to order additional lace when the dress was ordered. Then they snuck in an extra fee at the end. The clerks treat customers rudely, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.I don’t know why the additional lace we wanted was not originally ordered with the dress in February, but once the dress came in and before they called us for the first fitting they should have confirmed that they had the lace. Then, at our first fitting when the young clerk couldn’t find the lace she should have made a note for the owner to find it the next business day. At that time if it wasn’t in the store it should have been ordered. Shame on me for not being more forceful and insisting that I see the lace in August, but shame on them for not realizing it was missing after our fitting. When they finally admitted it was missing on September 20th and ordered it they did not make any mention that what I was paying was an estimate or partial payment. If that was the case it should have been written on my receipt that it was a partial payment and additional funds would be (or might be) due after it came in. On the 28th when we went in and the sleeves were cut and tacked into the dress no one brought up that additional money was due for the lace even though I did make a purchase of a bra and supposedly they brought up our account on the computer when I paid for the bra. I don’t know the truth about the $75 fee, did the lace really cost $225 and not the $150 I paid or was the $75 fee a rush shipping fee. I don’t know and I don’t care – the service at Mia Bella not only is sub-par it is deceitful!
