I live in Madera and was always told to buy local. So I tried to take my business to the Madera Ford dealership. Their customer service via internet sales and service department are horrible. They gave no customer service skills or care what impression they leave with potential customers. Told I would get a call back and didn't, etc. My sister purchased a vehicle from Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno two and a half years ago along with the lifetime oil deal. I was with her when she made her purchase and was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. I have taken her vehicle in for service and was impressed with the Service department also. I brought my Van in for service and explained what I wanted done. The Service department went above and beyond in regards to my Van and I came to the conclusion that it would be better to purchase new instead of pumping more money into my tired van. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted shortly after looking around the show room. I told the sales rep what I was interested in and was immediately taken that area. I was looking at slightly used versus brand new. He did not try to change my mind or apply any pressure. We decided on a Ford Escape and they worked diligently on getting me the best deal possible. Within four hours I left the dealership a proud new owner of a 2013 low mileage Escape and couldn't be happier. Everyone at Lithia Ford was so incredibility amazing and helpful. As a first time buyer I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. Cal was the nicest person I have every meet and lead me in the right direction. He lead me to Stephen Ash who made my whole deal so exciting and fun! His positive "we are going to get this done for you" attitude made my day! Also explaining the whole process to me really gave me piece of mind. I am very grateful and happy that he was the one to help me. Than when I was taking back to financing Zach was just as incredible! He talked me through everything, explained all the forms and what I needed to do. He was super friendly and easy to talk to which helped my nerves over the whole process. Over all I can't say anything bad about the awesome staff at Lithia Ford. They even let my Dog Laila be with me since I was trying to find a car to fit her as well :). The front receptionist always had a smile and greeted me with a friendly hello and welcome. All the associates out in the parking lot helped me in getting a parking space when I first arrived. Everyone opened the door for my mother and I. Which I found extremely professional and kind. At the end of the day I had my best first time experience buying my New Ford Escape and Laila is loving her new backseat as well :). I love my car and if I ever needed to buy another car I would not go anywhere else. You guys totally rock!

From the beginning searching their website www.FresnoFord.com and later phone call of me looking for a car for a 16 Ford Mustang for my 16 yo daughter, you were really attentive and didn't form a judgment on this type of car for a 16 yo. You helped me find the perfect Mustang for my daughter, you helped along every step of the process and even delivered the car to my work!! Exceptional Service from beginning to end:) 5 stars to you and Lithia Ford! And trust 5 stars isn't enough Because of you I will always shop at Lithia Ford for my other children's car needs as well as mine! I came into your dealership today and had the pleasure of talking to Art who then introduced me to Vinny Sinatra who took care of my Sirius XM problems on my Ford Fusion. It all started on Friday when my panel on the Fusion said my subscription had run out, and the Sirius went into a preview mode. I texted Art and he said he would have someone call me right away. That person was Vinny Sinatra who said to come into the dealership at 1:30PM and he would help me. Within 15 minutes after opening my hood and taking a cable off the battery, we sat in the car and rebooted the system. Within 4 minutes it was up and running. I then went up and spoke with Art regarding my lease that will be coming up next February the 2016 and I told him to start looking for my new auto, and let me know when I should return the leased fusion. It was a very informative conversation and am looking forward to working with him again in the future.
Bought a F150 Nov. 2014 along with a NEW VEHICLE EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT that this dealer gave great reviews!!! So I bought it for $1673. Shortly thereafter I had problems with two of the Pirelli tires. Do you think Lithia would replace? Nope... How about Pirelli? Nope...How about the extended service agreement they sold me? After losing 1.5 hours of my life on the phone with ROAD AMERICA aka THE WARRANTY GROUP aka VIRGINIA SURITY COMPANY they denied the claim as the tires had...and I will quote "dry rot"!?! and "we don't cover dry rot"!!! Going back to see the finance manager today to request a full refund. Stay tuned for how that goes! RECOMMENDATION: don't ever by one of these "agreements" as you will be sorry. One more thing, when I asked the agent for a written response for the denial.... she refused stating "we don't send written responses!!!
I was EXTREMELY skeptical when I brought my F150 to the "dealer" service department. I felt I had "sucker" written on my forehead. Every other experience using the dealer service shop left me feeling ripped off and unhappy. If not for CASSANDRA, the service writer, I would have left. She greeted me and listened to my criticisms and took ownership of my truck's problems. They were BIG problems and it was going to be expensive.... So I was VERY picky!! CASSANDRA nailed it! When you go in for service make sure you seek her out to handle your vehicle's service.... don't take any other knucklehead. She saved me money and fixed my vehicle far above my expectations.
It took me about 6 month searching for good deal on Ford Explorer it's just so many out there but one has bad customer service another it just doesn't offer any deals When I can here to Lithia and met stuff looks around for about two hours before I decided to test drive one I did like it And Steven was owesome we laughed and he was simply smart and cool men Also I came to yp to leave review just because yelp will remove it anyway So thanx guys I am happy with my new addition and it's good on gas
I was told to call Ellie after my son a student at Fresno State bought a salvage title car from a guy who bought it from another guy with out transferring it to his name first. To make things worse the salvage certificate was marked "Export Only" This was a huge Mess but Ellie worked tirelessly to get my son tittle to his car. We gave her a cash bonus for all the extra work she put in to it. I highly highly recommend her
I purchased a used Toyota here. Yes a Camry from a Honda dealer. This car was 3k more everywhere in Fresno and the sales dept was so non pressure. I liked buying a car from a place that wasn't desperate for my business but was sincerely interested in my wants and needs. And they have a waiting area in the service dept that provides FREE Starbucks. Very cool.
I got burned from the Chevy dealer in town and decided to head to Michael's. Oh man, what a difference. Michael's was able to fix everything I needed the day I walked in without having an appointment BEFORE the other Chevy dealer could even see me. Huge thanks to Michael Chevrolet! I was treated with extreme respect and courtesy. Highly recommended!
