First started off good service told me my bed would arrive Tuesday then Wednesday then they running behind it's 10pm and am still waiting I flat out told them I work nights they said not to worry will deliver early n I had only four hour sleep waiting on them wouldn't recommend them to nobody after this

Bought a nice marble topped dinette set with a server and six high chairs last August with the warranty from Guardsman. Within a month, the leg connectors on the chairs were snapping or coming apart. By May, the base of the table began to split. I called for months trying to get someone to service my table but I was shuffled around and being put on hold for hours. Finally, in July, I get a response from Guardsman saying the next available date for a service tech was 6 weeks from now if you submit photos of the damage. I warned them ahead of time that the table cannot be fixed (as you can see by the photos). That day finally comes and they give me a 6-hour window so I take the day off. The tech comes in, looks at the table, then says, "it can't be fixed." Really? After his 2-minute visit that I took the day off for, he tells me that someone will contact you in 2 weeks with options. So today, November 20, 2017 (2 months later), they call me with the news that my table has been discontinued and they will offer me half of what I paid for in store credit if I return the furniture. Are you kidding me? I have a family of six without a kitchen table since May despite making timely payments. I guess we will be eating turkey on the floor this Thanksgiving! Purchase at your own peril!Thank you MOR!
This company was a MISTKE, on my part. for choosing them for my furniture. The insurance policy I purchased through them was just a BIG LOST. This company does not stand behind their products. Way to costly and VERY VERTY BAD service. The worst part, I seen the same furniture at a Discount Store for less then the third of what I paid. If you try to contact them, good luck over the phone or internet. Speaking with them is a total lost. I made the mistake and now I am stuck with bad furniture. Do not make the same mistake I made.
The Customer Service here is Terrible!!! The manager Chris is too busy to come talk when there's a problem. We purchased furniture the first time and there apology was s gift certificate to go back and spend it and the get screwed over again by them again and basically they don't care about any of the mistakes they've made and blame it different departments that can't do nothing or won't because they are a corporation and there hands are tied. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know
This is the Best place to shop for furnitures. Tony did a very thorough job on helping us get a bed for us. Due to my back injury I had to get a bed that meet my needs of comfort and he did a wonderful job at finding us one. Thanks to Tony!
honestly, the worst place to buy from!! I would probably rate them a negative star if I could.... They are the worst to buy furniture from! The manager is an idiot, he submitted paperwork and charged my account with furniture I yet haven't received! I will get my lawyers involved for fraud. I have every bit of proof to prove this... It has been 41/2 months since I purchased my furniture and I haven't received it! I would have cancelled my order by now but only reason I haven't is because every piece of furniture in my house matches that particular piece of furniture I purchased from Mor, their sales associates suck! Elsa (now located at the Visalia showroom) in particular was my sales associate and she is a total joke! These people honestly think they are smarter that you as the consumer. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
I paid for a livingroom set that sat for about 6 months before I used it. Six months into use, one of the recliners of the love seat broke. I was told I could bring it in and they would fix it (it weighs about 125 lbs. and I dont have a truck) or I could pay $50 to have someone come out to do it. I am a single Mom raising one child and 2 grandchildren mind you and I should pay for something that was built crappy and the company won't back. I called and they told me to schedule it, I would need to pay up front and bring the payment from Hanford to Fresno. Are you kidding me? Maybe I can strap the loveseat on my back and take it with me. These people are horrible!!!!! Never again.
