Cornerstone Flooring

I had tile work done with Cornerstone and a few years later the grout cracked. There was a hollow sound whenever anyone stepped on the tiles. Ended up having to repair one whole room. When the new guy pulled up the tiles, he said there was not enough glue/thin-set holding the tiles down to the floor, which made it sound hollow. We tried to call the owner to see what he can do for us, but it's week 3 and we still haven't received a phone call. Would NOT recommend. They rushed the job and it shows in the work.
