I liked quite of the few cars I saw at this lot. They have many car makes like Nissan, Dodge, Saturn.. also more luxury vehicles as well. However when I test drove one of the nicer vehicles I was quickly disappointed as I noticed the transmission had issues, and the back end was going hiatus. I knew this because of my experience driving 'problem' vehicles. I liked another vehicle that I test drove and it drove quite well, so well that I wanted to buy it. After making my decision of the car I wanted I let the salesman know that one of the cars had clear issues which even my mechanic confirmed were present and he expressed little concern or motivation to fix it. This was a red flag. Ignoring the one red flag I signed a few papers but couldn't drive off the lot till I got full coverage insurance, I told the salesman I would be back in a couple of days for the vehicle. When I got approved for the car loan I called the salesman and he told me that the car I was wanting had minor issues and that it wasn't there, and that I should come in immediately to discuss my options. The lady who informed me my loan was approved contacted me and said the car I wanted was no longer available apparently she told me he found another buyer. After days of anticipating of getting this new nice vehicle I was left in disappointment I immediately went to another dealership who took care of me and seemed more sincere rather than just wanting to get a sale. It's very very sad how a person would sell a hard working, independent young man who lives on his own, pays his own bills, and sometimes barely gets by a car that's transmission would have had major problems in the following 6 months... just to get a sale. It has a few nice cars, and a very low down payment , so I give this place a 2... would I ever buy a car from them? No. Would I recommend you trust what the salesman here have to say? No. Trust is the first part of Customer Service, and this place doesn't ensue it.

This is my 4th experience with Francis + GEICO combo. Until this time never had a problem. Here is what I have encountered: 1. Terrible customer service. All the persons that have called, let me know with their inflection that calling is a chore. They say they will call every day to give me an update and I really only got updates 75% of the time. The other 25% I had to call only to be answered that they weren't sure and it took, on average, 3 hours to get a return call. 2. My car had to be re-painted due to matching error on Francis part. Had to go back 2x for them to see the problem. The 2nd time, Mike & the paint manager both immediately saw the issue. Round two for paint and it now matches. 3. On the 2nd go around for the paint fix, I got zero updates. I called on the day it was supposed to be done and was told its ready - at 5pm - they close at 5:15. 4. Go to pick it up and they are washing it - delay. 5. They LOST MY RENTAL. Got a call from Enterprise that they haven't gotten it back. upon calling Francis, they have keys to a Ford Explorer but not the Jeep Cherokee that I had. I left it on Thurs, May 14 and today is Monday, May 18. Its been an hour and I have not gotten my promised call back. I don't know if they are under some new management or shift of some kind. But the Francis Collision of today is not the Francis Collision of last year or the year before. Like I said, we have gone there for a recovered, stolen car, new fender on a new car, new door/paint match on a 10 yr old car...Always had great customer service, great updates, work was done beautifully. This time, they suck.

JUST TO LET YOU NOW WHAT HAPPEN MY CAR GOT KEYED AND BOY WAS I MAD I WAS SHOPING AROUND PRICESES TO GET MY CAR FIX AND LIKE OTHER PEOPLE IM AM NOT TO TRUSTING WITH MY CAR I WAS ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS HOW THEY WAS GOING TO REPAINT IT IF I DID GIVE THEM THE JOB HE ANSWERD AS MUCH QUESTIONS AS HE COULD OVER THE PHONE UNTILL HE TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO THE SHOP SO I CAN SHOW YOU HOW WE DO THING AROUND HEAR SO I DID AND THEY WALK WITH ME AROUND THE SHOP SHOWED ME OTHER CARS THEY ARE ALREADY WORKING ON TALKING TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY DO TO THE CARS BEFORE THEY PAINT IT AND HE ALSO TOLD ME IF I DO GIVE THEM THE JOB I CAN COME OVER ANY TIME I WANT TO CHICK UP ON MY CAR WITHOUT CALLING BEFORE I COME IF THERE SHOPS OPEN I CAN COME IN WELL I DID GIVE THEM THE JOB AND BOY DID HE KEEP HIS WORD. THE CAR WAS DONE ON TIME LOOKING GREAT LIKE NEW AND I LOVED THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE SO MUCH I HAD TO GO DRIVING AROUND TO SHOW OFF MY NEW PAINT JOB
First time @ Francis Collision... Francis Collision was great from beginning to end. It was very convenient as a "1 stop shop" with repair, rental, & insurance information all in 1 location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated with any change in status to my vehicle. Whole driver side was damaged and they fixed it good as new (for being a 10 year old vehicle) It was definitely a stress free experience and I would recommend Francis Collision to friends! Shout out to my GEICO insurance for sending me there and making the situation hassle free :) #53022SM The only reason "Professionalism" was 4 stars was because I had to call a couple times to find out if my deductible was waived and when I spoke to gal that called me back it seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with my questions. HOWEVER, a different staff (Mario) called me back and got it all straightened out so it was all good! I was completely satisfied in the end!
This in NOT a good review and I'm still in the purchasing phase with funcar... Don't get me wrong they are pleasant to deal with and I left a deposit and a contract was signed. Now they want me to pay extra for beds that were placed on the "due bill". This is a toy hauler. update on previous paragraph: it is now a week later and what do u know, FUNCARS decided to honor the purchase contract i now have the toyhauler in my possession and picking it up was a very pleasant and informative experience. The crew there really took care of me and they also make sure that everything on your purchase is in working order. The ONLY reason why they didn't receive 5 stars from me is because they don't respond in a timely manner to emails and because of them trying to charge me for the beds days after the contract was signed.
I was looking on line for an inexpensive and reliable vehicle. found a 2003 Chrysler Sebring with high miles but within my budget. i checked the OAC' reviews on line and i was a little bit scared. so, before anything i took the car to my long time mechanic. he recommended me to replace the struts and a few more maintenance things. i went back to Lance and agreed in a better price for the repairs that have to be done in the car. one thing that caught my mechanic attention was the fact they didn’t clean the engine to hide oil or water leaks and when i ask Lance if i can get the car inspected he didn't hesitate about it . i tried with 2 others small dealer and they didn't allow me to do it. yes i recommend this place just be sure to get your car inspected before
2 months ago I came to OAC to buy a car. I did not know what i wanted and the salesman was very nice and help me to decide. The company staff was so professional in the way they assisted me. I tried different places before I came here and the staff did not care they just wanted money to put you in anything. i thank these guys for what they did for me and would recommend them to everyone I know. The time they took was even better I did not have to be here for 4-6 hours before they gave me an answer they were straight forward in telling you what you need and the cars are beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Francis Collision Centre after having my vehicle fixed there earlier this year. After seeing the horrible time my neighbor had with another collision shop, I felt I needed to tell others of the great service I received from Francis Collision Centre. The staff made everything so easy, and it definitely made the whole experience much easier than I expected. The repairs were made quickly and the quality is first-class. I even received a thank you gift when I picked up my vehicle. Great service and a heart-felt thank you was not what I was expecting from a collision shop but Francis Collision Centre far exceeded my expectations.
These people are very honest and trustworthy. They tell me exactly what is wrong with my vehicle and charge me fairly. They do not overcharge me or take advantage of me. They even fixed a problem with my drainage tubing on my moonroof which is not something a vehicle repair shop would normally do. Normally you would have to take it to a body shop. I went to them to see if they could recommend a body shop but they said it would be no problem and did it for me themselves. I highly recommend this business for all of your automotive needs. These guys are experts and very helpful and friendly.
So it was my first time getting into an accident. The accident itself wasn't as scary as the anxiety that came with the thought of having to deal with the insurance company and the auto body shops. I have to say though, that this place is pretty AWSOME. The girls are very nice and helpful. The process was definitely easy and stress free. Everything was explained clearly to me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Definitely came out looking as if I never had an accident. I am very happy I chose this shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.
