(2/2)I asked “What if, God forbid, she gets the dress and there’s something wrong with it or it’s wrong order? What is the process of returns/exchanges.” I asked this question to cover our bases and ensure that if something did go wrong there would be sufficient time to rectify the situation. Only then did Debbie look up and snapped back in an accusatory manner, “well that makes me suspicious about you all,” as if we had some ulterior motive. At this point we decided it definitely was not worth it if she behaved so defensively and rudely to a valid question (which now after reading several reviews that explained the hell they went through after reciiving the wrong dress or a dress with blemishes) to take the chance and do business with this vendor. We sent an email expressing our disappointment in service and Debbie had the audacity to reply denying her disgusting behavior. Go somewhere else, target...the dollar store...anywhere is better than this vendor!!!! Unless you hate yourself then walk right in.
(1/2)Believe the bad reviews. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in the store along with my mother and sister-in-law to check in on a dress for my soon-to-be sister-in law. We spoke to Debbie who had been in frequent contact with the bride and her mother up to less than an hour before we arrived. Debbie was extremely rude and acted as if we were not worth her time our energy. We first introduced ourselves obviously and explained that we were the party who traveled from MD to check in on a dress. She rudely replied (not bothering to look up from a catalog she was reading) saying that she speaks to a lot of people and didn’t know who we were (remember she was reminded of our visit less than an hour before our arrival). When it finally came to her recollection, and she retrieved the dress she plopped it infront of a like if several other dresses right in the lobby and we had to request some privacy where we could inspect the dress and FaceTime the bride. She told us we would have to wait despite seeing an empty dressing room that was immediately available.When we got back to the dressing room she hovered over us the entire time and gave us no privacy to have a conversation. We eventually asked to see the same dress in another material and she said it was on hold for another bride so we would not be able to take it out and inspect it but she could give us a peek to compare the fabrics. Fair enough. When she brought the dress back she literally showed it to us for 5 seconds and then whisked away BOTH dresses without even asking if we were done looking at the first. We were not.Before we left we decided to ask some questions about the ordering process at the counter. Debbie still continued to be rude and did not offer the simplest of courtesy to look up from her catalog and have a conversation which would have taken less than 2 minutes. I'm so upset and very disappointed in how my complaint has been handle by Leticia and Diana. I've been a client since 2001 and never had an issue until 3 years ago. They would make me an appointment to change the filters and the technician never shows up or do a courtesy call that they are not coming in. I would have to call the office to reschedule my appointment. This year, in October I made an appointment 4 times and the 4 times the technician never show up or call. This company thinks that I don't work and don't have other things to do! Well, finally a technician shows up on my 5th appointment that I made and he came in at 7:30 pm because Diana failed to inform the technician about my appointment. I was waiting for them to show up from 8-12 and not in the evening. The technician told me many things that didn't surprise me from this company and he was also unhappy in how this company runs business. The next day we let the water run for a while like we always do and after we notice that the water tasted funny. We ran the water some more through out the day and the entire week but the water still didn't taste good. I than contacted the company 2 weeks after to inform and Diana was giving me the run around and I finally asked to speak to the manager. She than transfer the call to Leticia. Leticia is the worst person to be in charge of a company since she down talks to you and speaks to you like if your a kid. She has no respect and no management skills. I run a company and I take my clients complaints very seriously. I was told by her that she would call me back to set up another appointment and see why the water was tasting bad. Long story short after numerous of calls 3-5 calls per week, Leticia nor Diana has sent a technician to my office and even after an appointment has been made, the technician fails to show up. Diana and Leticia are not taking my seriously and this will be taken to the next level. Missing work or canceling important appointments to stay home to wait for someone to show up and not even get a call, is unacceptable. I will no longer do business with this company and I don't think anyone should. All they care about is the money and not the customer.
I called to get information and the girls didn’t know what I was asking. I was put on hold and then another girls answered the she said it was her sister so I asked her the same question “if you install a salt system and you have a refrigerator with water and ice on door then how does the water comes from is it filter from the salt?” She said that the refrigerator has it own filter and I told her that doesn’t filter the salt from the water. She put me on hold then I was on hold for about 10 minutes, so hung up and called back and as soon as I told her my name she hung up so called back and they would not answer my call. I called back about 5 times. So I would never buy anything from this company they are so rude and unprofessional if they do this to me that I was just asking about there salt water system can you imagine what they would do to a person that would buy the system and something goes wrong. Stay away from this company. I emailed them twice with no response at all. If I could give no stars I would they should not be business. Do not go to this Wal Mart. First of all, the parking is horrible. Not enough. There are always little thugs hanging out the parking lot. The lines are always super long. You always have to wait in line for a long time to check out because it's so crowded and busy. The staff is unfriendly. When I wanted to pay half cash and half debit...the cashier told me I couldn't do that on the self checkout. This location is very ghetto and full of thugs hanging out
They are the rudest people. I came in with my daughter looking for a Quinceanera dresses. Before they help you they ask you stuff like when do u need it by and we were shopping or just looking, then limited us to 2 dresses to try on! The employee told us it was too early to get a dress since her bday is in July and we came in Dec. That my daughter could lose or gain weight blah blah. Who are they to decide on that? If they really want to sell dresses they seriously need to learn some customer people skills. They completely turned me off from wanting to buy from them. If you want to be treated with respect don't even walk in here. I couldn't believe the experience I had and my daughter felt uncomfortable with the whole thing.
This was at Manchester mall. I had by far the worst customer service ever, the worker wouldn't let me try on any dresses. She said I can only try one because her dresses were too delicate for me. She didn't even zip the dress up all the way for me and she said "you don't need the dress to be zipped up all the way." Other customers came in and she gave them multiple dresses to try on but she still just told me that I couldn't try on any dresses unless I was serious about buying the dress. No one will know for sure what dress they are buying unless they try it on so how am I suppose to be serious about one dress when it was the only one the employee allowed me to try. She was very rude and I would never go there again!

Disappointed in the photos we took yesterday...the good pictures of my grandson smiling were missed some how.. the scenery was cute but needed more around the easter bunny....eggs in basket should have been full so you could see them!! I could have took better photos with my camera! :-(
