I love Little Optics. They are flexible and professional! Susan is very helpful and has assisted me with my childrens glasses as well as 4 pais of my own after repeatedly losing or breaking them. She also found my preferred frames and color at another store. She shipped them. I was stick at work at couldnt leave in time to pick up my frames before closing. Susan waited until after closing for me to pick them up. Best eyeglasses store in Queens!

DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT OTHER PERSON IS TALKING ABOUT BUT THE GREATEST SERVICES ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! SUPER RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL.2016 update: love this place never been to a better optical!!!!
I took my 6 year old to get glasses at LittleOptics. I was impressed at how many different choices they had for him. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I had searched many optical stores but none had anything nice for children. I'm so happy I found this place, I highly recommend getting glasses from them. Excellent customer service.
Love to visit Jewel Optical. The experience is so enjoyable. As soon as you walk in, it feels warm and inviting. Their layout, interior design and the atmosphere that is provided for the patients, is so welcoming. Their attractive eyewear displays, satisfy my desire needs and my family. The prices are comfortable for your pocket. The attention, time spent and honesty that is shown by each of the staff members is like no other you will receive in Queens. I currently reside in Foresthills, where there's an optical on every block and I make the effort once a year to visit Jewel.
Great service and a wonderful respectful environment. Super professional. You can see that they take pride in there customer service. We need more stores like this one!!!
What a disappointment. I've been going to Jewel Optical since I was 9 years old, 15 years now and you would think the owner would be a little more loyal to his customer base. Throughout the years I have been reckless with glasses and this company has profited handsomely due to my irresponsibility, that is well over 15 pairs of glasses. I originally went there for convenience, it was a block from my house and the previous owner was very understanding. However, times have changed I suppose. A year ago, I had purchased an updated eye exam and a pair of glasses which were pretty cheap although it cost in total well over a hundred dollars, no problem. Only, recently I have discovered some reasonably priced glasses on-line, so I go in asking for my prescription to purchase these glasses, I discover that I not only need my prescription but a PD measurement. So I'm thinking, fine, I've been a customer for 15 loyal years I'll request this information and try out these glasses on-line. Yeah, so it wasn't that simple, instead the owner tells me that he will charge me $40 dollars for taking my PD measurement, a measurement that I paid for more than 15 times in full throughout 15 years and I have to pay for it? He continues to give me a sob story about how the on-line companies are buying from China and he uses American companies. So, I explain to him that I have been a loyal customer and so out of respect all I ask for is a discount on what is technically already mine, and he tells me that it doesn't matter, he won't give it to anyone. Afterwards, I explain I will be in shortly to pick up just the prescription because according to him only the doctor could give it to me in person and not him over the phone, yet when I get to the office he gives it to me and the doctor isn't even in. Once there, he proceeds to tell me about how the machine is worth $2000 and they are not going to just give the PD away for free. HUH?! I asked for a courtesy discount for 15 years of loyal service of which I paid for the PD many times for him to even send to the manufacturer to customize my glasses. I don't push it, I take my prescription, thank him for the service and leave. Afterwards, I call a location in Astoria that I never even been to once in my life, they tell me that they usually give the PD measurement to their customers upon request and that they will charge me a minimal fee of $10 for it. They had some nice glasses too, I will be going there for checkups and eventually contact lens from now on. Note** To those wondering what a PD measurement is, it's very important and it measures the distance between one pupil and the next to determine the proper fitting for your glasses. Some eye glass locations refuse to give it because they know you are likely buying glasses on-line, but who cares because it's yours although it seems in some states they are not obligated to give it to you. To me it's like requesting your medical records from your doctor only for him to refuse it because he knows your choosing someone else for primary care.
