Overall

This place has DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!! I went in to talk to some guy named Edward to pick up a package released by my sister. He told me that he wasn't the one on the phone and that some other guy named "Tim" conveniently was on break when I came in but he was the one who spoke to my sister and TOLD her his name was Edward. Later turns out that "Tim" was the one sitting at the computer eating his lunch and wasn't professional enough To stand up for himself. At first when my sister called they said the package wasn't there. Later it magically shows up when I showed up to pick up. How convenient is that? Considering it was sent from and expensive merchant... Needless to say "Edward" said that he can't release the package since it's their "policy". But on the phone told my sister "just send her in". I called Ups and they said this "policy" was incorrect. Manager Kathy was cursing at me in Chinese and telling me about how UpS is not "above them" and to "have fun trying to get my package". Needless to say I will NEVER enter this nasty business again! Absolutely the most horrible, unprofessional, lying and offensive people I have ever dealt with. No wonder the one star.
