Len Harris Appliance

My husband and I want to sincerely thank the fantastic staff at Len Harris, especially, salesmen Jonathan and Kenneth.
We needed to replace our old, leaking GE refrigerator. After looking online, we narrowed our search down to a Bosch and the GE Cafe line. But we still needed to see them in person. Luckily, Len Harris had the Bosch on display. As soon as we entered the store, the salesman, Jonathan, gave us his undivided attention and answered all our questions. We were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the brand.
We did go to a competitor's store to physically see the GE Cafe refrigerator.
Unfortunately, the salesman there, wasn't familiar with the GE Cafe line. The only thing he could tell us was that the delivery date wouldn't be until January 2022. More importantly, he had poor customer service skills. Needless to say, we went right back to Len Harris! There, salesman Kenneth, helped us complete our purchased of a GE Cafe Quad. By coincidence, the store was expecting a shipment of refrigerators. So, we happily accepted delivery of our new refrigerator, a week later!!!
My husband and I are so pleased with our purchase. This refrigerator is beautifully designed. Inside, it's well lit and very spacious.
Overall, buying our appliance at Len Harris was one of the best shopping experiences we've had. We appreciate the way we were treated and the level of professionalism displayed.
We are now planning to purchase a new range and you can bet we will be making that purchase at Len Harris! The Collins Family

I purchased two wall air conditioners from Len Harris on May 4th 2017. First off, this was the cheapest I could find. I went to PC Richards and another neighborhood appliance store and they both wanted over 2000 for both ac's plus installation. My wife and I went to Len Harris shortly after and felt very welcomed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and the process was pretty easy. We saved about 500 bucks using this company. Now, fast forward to today. The company sent over a gentleman named Franklin to install the ac's. Unfortunately it was a 90 degree day and the guy was alone as his partner called out sick. Anyway, he worked very hard, he was very neat, and cleaned up ever piece of debris created by the installation. He was a real gentleman and a very hard working man. This seems like a great mom and pop store with excellent staff. I highly recommend the store and the installers. My wife and I are very pleased with our new air conditioners and we have Franklin to thank!

i usually buy appliances at pc richards. this week my 12 year old ac broke down...today the apartment reached indoor temp of 90 degrees. len harris is 4 blocks from my residence but i always thought they were small shop and expensive. my landlord suggested len harris as they have purchased appliances from them before. my wife and went there today and we were impressed. forget pc richards. len harris is also family owned and their prices compete with the big store chains like pc rich,sears, etc. the staff is small but very knowlegable. howard,,the salesman was very courteous and patient.,,no rush and gave suggestions. wow..i should have came here years ago..we got and ac and was able to get good quote plus after discussing , an aditional discount. they also took the old dinorsaur ac from us. i highly recommend len harris. this is a small but impressive family run business. i was very comfortable with no sale pressure tactics..check them out, or check out their website. if live in flushing,,shop at len harris.

Excellent, relaxed service. A nice change from pushy, annoying sales people at most large chains. Knowledgeable stuff. Joe was very helpful, beyond the info pertaining to the unit that I ended up buying. Delivery was arranged to accommodate my time-table. Prices are very competitive. Very pleased.

Great experience with Len Harris- we bought a Speed Queen stacked washer and dryer as it was the only one that fit our needs and they were one of the few places that carried it. Great selection of other appliances too. They gave us the best price, the delivery and installation was scheduled and done in the time period they told us, and the installers took out our old machine and left the area clean. Took off one star because the machine "walked" when we first used it, and after a couple of calls and a little investigation, we figured out that this particular model came with an extra set of shipping bolts which we easily removed and which fixed the issue! The guys at Len Harris gave us great service and we are happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent appliance store. I recently bought a fridge and dishwasher. I screwed up with the size of the fridge and they were able to take it back and deliver one that fits - no hassle or multi calls. Len and Howie are very helpful
