Personal training goes beyond just getting a client to their fitness goals; it is establishing a trust between the client and trainer. Clients are trained through up tempo workouts that force the body to burn fat faster, thus increasing the client's results. The client must first believe in his/herself that they are capable of accomplishing their goals. The three keys to success are to be mentally strong, positive, and patient. When this occurs a client will then be able to accomplish such a rigorous feat.
