This place is ridiculous was there once tried to go back ONLY because it's the only detox in ny where you can smoke they would not take me because quote I am on a controlled substance. I was on the same substance when I was there last time isn't detox for people on controlled substance?

Horrible, terrible and very unprofessional staff. Experience is nightmarish. Retained an attorney. They deserve all they are about to get. Just disgusting. Stay away from this facility.

Don't be fooled by the warm and fuzzy website. We had a horrible experience just trying to enroll. Phone calls not returned, paperwork not reviewed properly. They had us drive 3 hours down to their Queens facility only to find out we were rejected. We had sent them the info three days prior but they never even looked at the file. Highly unprofessional. Stay away!
