Worst place ever!! They will charge you for no work done even if you decided to leave after you not being helped for several hours
Horrible customer service with the parts division having a very rude and unhelpful employee. I wish i was able to get his name because he basically wasted my time offering no support or solution to my problem.
Being new to the RV world I made the mistake of leaving my tailgate down with my 5th wheel attached. To say it damaged the front under carriage of our RV would be a huge under statement. The front end of our brand new RV(maiden voyage) was completely blown out. Myself and my wife were heart broken. Luckily I had some ratchet straps and was able to pull the front end back together well enough to get back home. I contacted the factory to find a factory authorized repair center,they supplied me with a list of repair centers in our area. Pan Pacific was on that list. I contacted them,and after talking to Julie I took my RV to them. I'm glad I did. My insurance rep wasn't the nicest guy in the world and would only pay a certain rate for labor(Midwest labor rates)hello,we're in Calif. so there was going to be a fairly large gap between what he would pay and the total cost, or I could take it to one of "their" repair centers. I decided to pay the difference and have Pan Pacific do the work. I couldn't have made a better choice,during the insuing repairs Pan Pacifics "factory authorized"mechanic discovered a factory flaw in the construction of our RV. Pan Pacific (Matt,service manager) contacted me and asked me to come in and see the flaw,what did I want to do?It was structural but not a safety issue,more cosmetic. I already have to pay the labor gap so I decided to go back to how it came from the factory. Two weeks later I got a call, our RV was ready. When I got there I was happily surprised, our RV looked BRAND NEW again!! Pan Pacific had contacted the factory and was able to repair "the flaw" under warranty FANTASTIC! When I went to pay my bill all I was charged was my deductible "they had worked out the gap" WOW! Our RV looks brand new and is actually better than it came from the factory. There are soso businesses,and there are A1 businesses. Thanks for being A1 Pan Pacific. J Jackson.
I leave my truck DELTA TRUCK CENTER IN FRENCH CAMP - California - (FREIGHTLINERDEALER). The truck check in at 7:00 pm Check out 12:00 pm and is 5 hours job, and the service guy the name is TONY .Tony is very thick and stupid and do not know how to treat a customer. I have Account with this place, but I will close, because this thick and without education TONY from the service departments.I still can not believe how Freightliner not take care your customers, the manager knows what happened and did nothing. just think FREIGHTLINER CORPORATION got to know of this and resolve.when you leave your truck to fix the Freightliner in Stockton CA, not talk to TONY, that surely he will treat you poorly and care for the hours that they charge are always the most.
