From start to finish, this was a great expierience!!! From the ladies at the front counter, the sales personnel, to the parts and service department, I am so glad we decided to come to Earth Sense Energy Systems instead of going to Fleet or Menards for our pellet stove. I know I'm getting a quality stove now. AND they have their own Parts and Service department so if something would happen, I know they will be able to get me the part I need, and have a certified technician to come to my house. You really do get what you pay for.
