Overall

95% of the stuff is junk, bought something off JnJ and of course it was broken....and the sales staff is worthless, went in to pick up item and I was the only customer there. The girl at the counter looked at me, said nothing, than continued to talk with the other employees, joking and kidding. Then after about 5-8 minutes of this she finally decided to say "Hi, can I help you?"

Our Staff at JNJ is unable to test and inspect every item that we sell - as we sell a couple thousand lots per week -



However we will refund any purchase that is not accurately described. Dave C. did not give us the opportunity to resolve his issues.

Overall

I thought this was going to be a good place to buy, but my first experience was bad. They will sell ANYTHING, broken or not. If it is in a box they will not open it for pictures. About 30% of the stuff I bought was broke or incomplete. One applience I bought was not all there, and the cord was cut off. Don't trust them for inspection.

This was our first time sellin...

This was our first time selling at an online auction. Although we do regularly sell at another auction.We found this to be quite fun as we eagerly anticipated and watched our sales items take off. And we are very pleased. I would suggest that if you have multiple items place each lot (if applicable) in bags and write EXACTLY the description you want listed but not too wordy! And be honest in detail. All in all we are very pleased with JNJ we take our items to the (Muskegon) store since we live in this area.

this is a great place to save money, get stuff you need ,.sell what you do not use, and deal with very honest , very helpful ,and most of the time funny .people in the business . both in Fremont and Muskegon

Overall

Customer Service is very important to us - without our customers we could not exist - we tried very hard to work with Sheila ( the complaint that was left below) however she could not understand how the auction process works, and we made every attempt to make her experience with JNJ Online Auction of Fremont a pleasant one.



All of our Sellers will verify that checks for goods sold are always readily available on time or early - and our Buyers can trust that they are buying the items as they are listed as we stand behind everything that we sell.

Overall

I have had awesome service by Kim and Dave. They have been quite helpful everytime I go in there and follow up with the Lansing and Muskegon stores is great to see where items are that I purchased off site:)..They have even came to my home and picked up items for me that I had no way to transport:)..awesome service and staff is very friendly..thank you Kim and Dave

NEVER do business with this place. They tell you they charge 15% +$2.00 per lot and then when you finally get the check after requesting it numerous times they deduct 25%. They said it was because they sorted the items and wrote it up. They sorted absolutely nothing and offered to help write it up. I had the item descriptions written on notebook paper and they just rewrote it. They said they mailed the check on the 25th but it wasn't post marked until the 30th. When I went to pick up a couple of items that didn't sell , Kim told me it was going to take a while so she was going to wait on the 5 people that came in after me first. How hard is it to find a couple of items if you're organized.? Some of the items were written up with errors, so I called to have them corrected. Kim said she would fix them but she never did. Also one item didn't even have a picture. When I called to inquire about the 25% Kim said she would adjust it which she never did. What can you believe? A very bad experience. Next time I will donate to Goodwill and help someone that needs it.
