This rating is for their office staff - The staff in the office today was completely unprofessional, uncaring and disrespectful regarding my senior neighbor as I was dropping off her tax information. Seniors face many difficult challenges, especially arranging transportation if they are unable to drive safely, or can only drive a few blocks to a familiar place such as the grocery store. How dare your staff express negative judgements regarding someone's ability to drive or call them "inflexible" when they have to rely on the kindness of strangers in helping with errands and express these opinions to a total stranger!Yes, her old tax person went to her home for YEARS which is rare service these days. The woman in the office said she was "happy" when the man who did her taxes had passed away and they wouldn't have to deal with going to her home anymore as they were taking on her business as a "courtesy". Really? A courtesy? In this economy, there are many choices to do business. You have not only lost a customer but you have bought yourself free advertising. As I said to her before I left, we will all someday be in a position as we get older to rely on the kindness of others, and hopefully they have more compassion and character than this company's staff!
