I have been using Town Taxi for the past 4 years. I absolutely love their service! I have used their services for local and for airport commute as well. They have always been on time and have always provided me with the best service and have provided me with some of their great deals as well. I have always been taken care of as a great valued customer. I would highly recommend calling them for your transportation needs.

I have used Town taxi for traveling local as well as to the airports. They have always been on time and the drivers are polite and respectful. I use this taxi service a lot. My experience with them has been great! I would definitely recommend Town Taxi.

I have used the the taxi services of the proprietor of Town Taxi for the past 6 years and have found him to be trustworthy and extremely reliable. Always prompt and punctual on the dozens of times I needed to be dropped off at or picked up from one of the airports in the Bay Area. There were 2 or 3 occasions when he personally was being delayed by other customer trips - and even on those occasions, he ensured that he had a substitute driver arrive to pick me up on time.



He is also very polite and courteous and perhaps most importantly, a safe and watchful driver who used defensive driving techniques consistently.

I personally enjoyed services by Town Taxi always whenever i had to call them. They are well behaved, punctual & sincere drivers, and doing their job in a well organized manner. I strongly recommend utilizing their services. I have always used them for drives to airports, and have never missed any flights.

I have been using their services whenever I have to fly on a business trip. Their drivers are always punctual and friendly. I never had any issues with them.. I wish all the taxi services were like this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Their number is the only one in my cell phone.

I am very impressed with the service. I have been taking taxi from Fremont Town Taxi every Monday for the last two years and they have always been on time to the minute. Extremely reliable service. Taxis are clean and drivers are polite. I would recommend this taxi service to anyone.

This is a review based only on my observation of and interaction with the taxi on the road.

Time: 5:00 PM



I was stopped at the red light at the intersection of Mowry (north bound) and Paseo Padre. I needed to turn right, but there were two cars in front of me, and I was uncomfortable with trying to squeeze past them to turn right. I was slightly towards the center of the lane when a taxi came up behind me and started honking aggressively. I moved over so it could get past me, and as the taxi drove by, the driver SLOWED and STARED ME DOWN!



I got behind him to also turn right, and then witness his next act of aggression. A white Honda signaled, then merged in front of him (at a safe distance). The Honda needed to turn left into the Raley's shopping center. As soon as the Honda got in front of the taxi, the taxi started honking. The Honda quickly got into the left turn lane, and the taxi slowed and stared them down as he passed them.



I was annoyed at this behavior and concerned that there may be a hit and run or some sort of accident, so I took my camera phone out and took a picture of the back of his vehicle (to document the license plate).



We were coincidentally headed to the same destination (the Kaiser on Paseo). As we turned into the driveway, with me behind the taxi, he abruptly stopped and parked his vehicle, making it so that I could BARELY get out of the street. He then gets out of the taxi and begins to approach my car. I lock the door. He then shouts, "You took my picture, right?!" He walks closer, stopping at about a foot away from my car. "I'm going to take YOUR picture!!" He then takes out his cell phone and takes a picture of me.



I was startled, and frankly disturbed, by his actions. I've reported it to the Fremont Police Department and am awaiting their response.



If I were looking for a taxi, I would NOT go through them!
