This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and (DN) did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Dr. Uma Patel is very good and caring doctor that I have seen. She handled me and my family very patiently and did her job wonderfully and she exceeded my expectations. Few years before I had a severe problem in my tooth and when I went to her she did orthodontic procedure very well. She always make me understand everything and provides me very good guidance with the available options. Also I had Invisalign procedure that was really taken care by her and staff with great care.

I needed 2 implants on my lower molar teeth, after researching, I chose Star Dental in Fremont, my 1st visit was very pleasant, Dr. Patel explained all aspects of the procedure, I found that she knows her profession and particularly "dental implant" very well.

On the day of surgery, with a prior plan which had been explained to me, she first extracted one of the molar tooth, bone graphed and implanted all in one shot, then she implanted the 2nd molar tooth which did not need a bone graph. She did all very professionally, with no feeling pain. I then had a short visit for removing the stitches, 3-4 month after the implant procedure, I visited the office for a minor procedure to expose the implant and have caps on them, 3 weeks later I had my wonderful crowns butted to the implants, and I am enjoying them very much, it feels like the real teeth.

I highly recommend Star Dental and Dr. Uma Patel. The staff are very nice, the price for the services are pretty reasonable, and if you have insurance, they make sure your out of pocket expenses are minimal.

Dr. Patel did amazing work on my front tooth implant. She was very quick and almost did pain free implant. Her office is very clean and accommodating, very less waiting time. Front desk is very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend Dr. Uma Patel for dental implants.

She is highly skilled , professional and apt at her work.She does the initial analysis and gives you options with your treatment and timeline.
As described by other reviewers she does not force upon any treatment and also does not scare you with the condition of your tooth/gums.
She patiently listens to you and explains in depth the cause of your problem.I have been umteen times to her clinic and have always received a wonderful service.
And not to mention the staff, they are worth equally appreciation.
All in all, you will not find it as a conventional dental clinic because of the friendly,skillful and adjusting behaviour of the doctor and her staff.
I hightly recommend to everyone to try this doctor atleast with regular cleaning and know for yourself.
