Overall
Piano World Class Dealer!

Looked for a Used Steinway grand for such a long time I cannot tell you how difficult it was and just as I was going to the movies a winchester blve I happened upon this store.

I checked out the steinway selection and they allowed me to play a Bluthner grand that just spoke to me, I finally found the piano that met my standards of excellence. The tone color, the touch the heart of this piano was unbelievable and caught me by surprize as I wanted a steinway all my life and them walked out with a receipt for a seven foot Bluthner grand and now I cannot wait for the arrival, two to four months. Chomping at the bit.

Service and quality information was spectacular. Best selection of finest pianos in the bay area.

Price was hard to swallow but I will sacrifice for I fell in love with a piano.

Un Freakin real! Nice pianos!

Great selection of used uprights and grands for just a few hundred bucks, some werer offered for Free, however you get what you pay for.

Kawai pianos in boxes and set up , walk in and the foyer was loaded with Seiler Concert Grands, very Nice pianos.

These unbelievable behemoths were offered for very good prices for hand made german pianos.

I think if you check out this store you will be surprized, the owner suggested that these pianos were designated for the Fremont area and the East Bay Area.

Nice guy. Need a little more time to think about the pianos, I'll revisit and let you know.

Overall
No sales help.

Huge warehouse of new (boxed), Used pianos. There is no salespeople to help with information on pianos, however, they had a huge selection. The guy there was really kinda nice but did not know too much about selling. Ended up going to the San Jose store to look for a piano, (salespeople work here).

Quiet and great selection of pianos at Fremont but get someone there who can Show and Sell!
