ASUS has worst class customer service. They are more interested in preventing warranty service than they are in helping a client to get their device working. I have spent hours on the phone and hours online exchanging e-mails and documents sjhowing proof of purchase. However, their company policies are designed to prevent anything from being acceptable proof of purchase even if it meets all required criteria. Thus I am stuck with a5 month old tablet that does not work because they refuse to honor the warranty. When I ask them to help me reach a solution they just talk in circles.DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SPENDING YOUR TECHNOLOGY DOLLARS ON ASUS PRODUCTS. THEY ARE UPG RATED. 9UKLTIMATYE PIECES OF GARBAGE.
