I am very happy with their service. They are managing my properties since 2009 and never have had any complaint.
I have bought two jade bracelets from the shop "Keiths collectibles and books" last year. They cost more than $600. I just had change to take them to the certificate center recently then I found out the both jade are part of fake in a really bad way. Both bracelets should less than $50 dollars. I went to the shop yesterday and the owner told me because I bought them one year ago so he is not going to do anything with this. I did not return them on time, because I trusted the shop and believe that they said the bracelets are real jade. The main issue is not return on time or not. The issue is they lie about the item and scam my money, even after I found out. I think they have this attitude because they think I have nothing to do with it. It may be true but at least I need to let people know what happened on me so others may able to avoid the same scam. I love antique but please be careful when you shop at this store.
Sammy from Epic represented us as buyers during our recent purchase in Fremont. He was a referral from my friend, and he absolutely delivered the best service. From the beginning, Sammy was incredibly engaged, much more so than a few other agents we had considered. He took the time to listen and to respond and guide based on what he learned from listening. He helped us to navigate the crazy sellers’ market, and we ended up closing on a place in Fremont Irvington school district without grief. He was also incredibly responsive, and many times at the last minute. He was always available to take our calls or do showings, and he patiently answered our many questions, without ever making us feel like a burden. Finally, in going to open houses, we discovered that Sammy is well-known and respected in the tri-city agent community. Every time we told a showing agent our agent was, they knew him and had great things to say. We felt very lucky by using him.He also helped us to get comparatively good 30 year loan program without PMI with 10% down payment. We absolutely would recommend Sammy Bhardwaj as an agent and we will definitely use him again when it comes time to sell.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews but feel compelled to write one about this place since I feel that the previous reviewer is completely off base and must have a very negative outlook in general. To put it politely.I live in Niles and enjoy shopping in many of the antique stores in town. Like the previous reviewer, I was also looking forward to another antique store opening in town and curious about what treasures it would hold. After going to this store a number of times and buying some things, I feel that it has a good selection and some pretty cool items. It's not been open for too long and the inventory has been gradually building up. Lots of cool things from the 50s, 60s & 70s. I think the prices are very reasonable.I'd say to check it out for yourself and have an open mind. If you don't see anything you like, you can visit some of the other antique stores in town also.Cheers !
I was very excited to see a new antique shop coming to Niles where I live, first three times I tried to go visit, they were closed, 2pm. well last weekend we got in, how disappointing, way way overpriced! Album covers that were destroyed with no records in them, 45 vinyl records scratched beyond playability, 3 jukeboxes that don't even work for $1,800 bucks and up, thats crazy, you can buy a working jukebox in better condition for $1500 or cheaper, why don't they fix the juke boxes and then sell them for 1800 bucks, not much in the shop really, not one playable record, turntable, magazine, jukebox, clothing, nothing good, the few items we were interested in were WAY WAY overpriced and not in that good of condition anyways avoid this place, until they get a clue, they won't be here long I'm sure. :(
This is by far one of the best shops in Niles! It's big and they have lots of cool interesting and good quality antiques and collectibles, and the prices are mostly reasonable, they also have lots of Niles and Fremont memorabilia! Oh yeah, the cookies, coffee and teas are free for all shoppers! This place is tops!
Made a reservation the night before through a Travel booking application and they wouldn't honor the booking! Not very happy about wasting my money and would renegotiate the booking to another night or provide any sort of discount. Really disappointed.
I believe her name is Diane; could be wrong, but she is the evening check in person in the Fremont, CA location. She is very charismatic and makes you feel very welcomed when you come in and see her. She is a great asset for your company.
My mother was in ICU at local hospital and I needed a room for my sister and her family. I was given a very good rate because of this, and the staff was very compassionate. Though my mother passed away, the stay at the Best Western gave my sister's family some comfort. Very appreciative of the site's help and concern.
