All new people there I've had the same tellers for years . I don't feel comfortable with these kids handling my money . I hate change .
Poor customer service. Been sitting waiting and no one has said anything to me as to "we will be right with you" just walk right by me?
I have banked with Fremont Bank for many years now. I just want to take a few minutes to say Thanks, I appreciate you all. I've gone in sooooo many times for the most random things and have always been treated like a VIP. Fremont Bank's Customer Service Stands Out far above any other bank I've ever banked at or visited. Thanks again to All my buddies at Fremont Bank... You Rock!!!
No courtesy, manager is pathetic. Worse than sbi India branches. Don't think of calling or visiting or making business with this branch. These people should be paid 1$ per hour as their pay. They deserve same.
"Why would you want to bank at a place where NO ONE answers the phone?" I'm serious; NO ONE. I searched for Fremont Bank on YP.com and literally called EVERY single branch (main number, ALL of the branches in Fremont, Hayward, Brentwood, even San Francisco,...!) and could not get a single answer! NO KIDDING! Got the same message each time: "The bank representatives you are trying to reach at "x" branch are currently busy; please hold or press "x" to leave a message", So I opt to hold; messages states please hold again- then after about 5 minutes, the system automatically routes you to a voice mail!". I even left a message for the Brentwood branch and couldn't even get a return of call! Again, WHY anyone would want to bank with this organization is completely bewildering to me!
This SBI branch retains still Indian SBI branch mentality. They are in United States but never understand that Customer is who gives there paycheck.I called them for one of the account issue question and they confirmed that they will get back to me by afternoon. I waited 2 days even sent emails but no response. these guys are useless. I think upper management has to see these kind of reviews and cut there paycheck or bonuses so they can treat customer inquiry in timely manner.
This place deserves a rating of zero or less. I refinanced my loan and it closed on 9/7. They took out a payment for the old closed loan on 9/10 and as of 9/18, even though I have called three times and emailed them, I still don't have my money
