I found a car I really liked on their website. I sent an email with an offer and was contacted back within half an hour. They told me they could not meet my offer but they did give me a price, right on the phone. I agreed to go there and things went really well. They sold me the car for the price they said they would. It was worth the drive from 90 miles away. They had arranged my financing and we were in the dealership a totla of 2 hours. When we left with our new car they called the next day and made sure all was well. I love my new car and would tell anyone who asked, if they want a great car and to be treated fairly, call Baron
We were shopping on the web for a Toyota Sienna. We found one at Baron and sent an email. They called us back within a half an hour. They told me that the one I saw online had been sold but they had another one in a different color with a little more in the way of options. I had been shopping for a while and had been to 2 local dealerships that told me the Sienna I wanted was in stock only to get there and find "it was sold, but they had a different make/model". I dont have time to play games and I really appreciated the honesty they showed when they told me the one I called about wasnt there. I made an appointment and went in to meet my sales guy Jerone. He was a different kind of salesman. He was friendly, professional and actually funny. He made the whole experience fun and easy. We negotiated a good price, well within the price that I had researched online as my target price. We had the whole deal done, including a great finance package within 2 hours of my arriving there. I am more than happy with the deal and the service I got at Baron and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy a car from a dealer who seems to value its customers.
