Wow couldn't even get a chance to open my mouth before experiencing rudeness over the phone... Yea I need that service like a duck need swimming trunks.... Fuoh
If could have voted lower I would have. The driver was smoking, and swearing while they talked on the phone, and then they were texting all this while driving. Oh and they were late picking me up too.
This morning I had a great experience. However I needed another cab this afternoon and my call went to voicemail numerous times. And then I had to wait even longer when they finally answered the phone. So while I was waiting I searched for another ride. And while canceling the lady was very rude!!!! If there was another taxi service around here I would never use this one again!!
These people drive in a very reckless manner. Bolting through stop signs, speeding, talking on cell phones while driving. The biggest issue is they smoke in the taxi. Which according to Illinois law is prohibited. (Smoking in a public conveyance.) If you use this service, you are risking your life or bodily injury. Have confronted them several times on their driving issues and the response is "UH HUH."
The service was great, Jim is a very friendly and accommodating driver, and the price is very reasonable . Best thing to happen to Freeport in a while.
Very rude and impatient. The van and driver smelled strongly of cigarettes. I would strongly suggest using an alternative service.
EXTREMELY unprofessional! The girls that work for that company hit on the guys that get rides from there and I would rather walk than get a ride from them EVER again! The girls are always on their phones and talking inappropriately. NEVER AGAIN!
BAD! BAD!SERVICE! Needs more cabs and better drivers. PRETZEL'S better and much cheaper!!!!!!!!!! Takes to long
Called for a cab at 9:10 to get to the doctor with my newborn at 9:45. I was told that it would be about 20 minutes, which left me enough time to get there. At 9:40, I called to make sure I hadn't missed them while watching out the window and getting ready, and I was told that my cab was still on its way and would be "just a couple of minutes". Just after 9:55 (almost 30 minutes after I was told to expect it) the cab finally pulled up and honked impatiently several times in a row. So we headed down the stairs, but by the time we got to the bottom of the stairs and opened the door (a max of 90 seconds) the driver had left. When I called to say that they left us, the driver said she didn't see any movement so she left, and reminded me that there were 3 calls before and after me. Then she hung up on me when I asked if there was another cab company in town. Glad to see leaving me to wait 30 minutes was ok, but better not make the person behind me wait 30 seconds. Needless to say, my son's appointment had to be rescheduled and I will walk across town with him in the winter before calling this company for a ride again.
This Taxi service is now called Andy's Livery. Wonderful people! On time! Great ride!
