Worst service department around. Took my van there for a noise coming from rear brakes. They told me they took my van out several times but could not duplicate the noise. Without them hearing the noise they could not fix anything. They charged me the $132 diagnostic fee. After I paid I realized THEY ONLY DROVE 3 MILES!!! General Manager won’t acknowledge why they would not actually try to find the problem. After a second visit they found the problem but left pliers clamped to my emergency brake line. Again, still waiting for the GMs response from 2 weeks ago! There are plenty of honest Dodge dealerships out there, Freehold Dodge is not one of them.
My cam shaft went in car. I was given a,loaner car, courteous service and followup, quick check in and out, professional and quick appoin tment
I've lived in Freehold since 1976 and purchased a Dodge van back in 1978 from Freehold Dodge. I was feeling confident and proud when my wife's business partner said that he was coming from NYC to purchase a Promaster Van from Freehold Dodge...that they had chosen a reputable dealer in my hometown. To the contrary, they scammed him with a rip-off "bait and switch" offer that really stunk. First, they wrote to him (I'd be glad to share the E-mail with anyone) that if he made the trip to Freehold, he could buy the van for $20,000...maybe less! This Saturday, Feb.11, 2017 his wife and he made the trip from Manhattan, test drove the van and decided to make the deal. Then, they were handed the slimy news that the lowest price that Freehold Dodge could sell the van to him for was $24,000.00 (pre-tax). This unfair treatment both appalled and embarrassed me. I recommend that if you're thinking of buying a car there that you simply forget about it...like we did. There are plenty of dealerships on Route 9 In Freehold that pride themselves on being honest. I will never shop there again or recommend Freehold Dodge to others. Jack FajermanFreehold, NJ732-614-4463
I recently leased a Toyota Corolla here. I got a good deal. However,my sales person was totally disinterested. And Jeff, the sales manager, was high pressure and didn't listen. Here's an additional example, I left Jeff a voice mail after leasing the Corolla about wanting to lease a new Avalon, too. He never called me back...so I did a lease at another dealership which was a much more customer focused.
Howard was very patient and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. We were very happy with the overall buying experience.
I am a repeat buyer at DCH Freehold Toyota. I value that business; they are friendly and very helpful. Nori went above and beyond to serve my needs and answer my questions, while Paul (who sold me my last car there) was extremely friendly and helpful with my business needs. I strongly recommend them!
This was the second time I have leased with DCH Freedhold Toyota. Both times I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Castoria who made my leasing experience as painless as possible!! I would highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota and Joe Castoria to all my family and friends!!
I had a great experience buying my 4runner!!! Joe Cerillo was so nice and very helpful during the entire process!!
Ian was terrific to work with. 2nd Camry I have purchased with him and it was truly a joy to work with. Will be sure to pass along my wonderful experience to my friends and family!
From the moment I walked in James Rizzo and Matthew (sales manager) made me feel comfortable and right at home. There was no sales pressure, and they offered me a great deal on my daughters first new car, that I couldn't pass up. We leased a Corolla S and it drives great and she loves it. Matt even took the time to put draw my daughters name on a sign they made for her. 1st class treatment all the way, what you expect to receive in a high end dealership. Great job guys keep it up. Thanks again James and Matt for a great experience, we will definitely be back for my next sons car. Rob Valoroso
