This was the worst experience that I ever encounter in a company. If I could give this chump a "0" rating I would. Josh Is so unprofessional. He comes to the house smelling of weed,very unprofessional . This was for a long distance move and logistics were explained that I would be arriving on Saturday, upon the quote Josh was very accommodating. However, it went down hill after the deposit was received. Josh made 4 changes throughout the last few days prior to moving. Finally we agree on extension of delivery, I made alternate accommodations for pickup. The morning of my move Josh calls me and decided to move me on this day. The nightmare begins. Crew was schedule to have been at the house at 8:00 am on 9/29/21 shows up a 3:45 pm. We were scheduled for delivery in Florida on Friday on 10/1/21. Josh said he was delivering our things on 9/30/21 which was not going to work for me because I was driving my car to fl and I was planing on being there on Friday night 10/1/21 Not Thursday 9/30/21. We met with the movers late on Thursday 9/30/21 Josh Charged us an extra $500.00 because we were 2 hours late to meet the crew. I could go on but this bad company took up enough of my time. customers beware of this company find yourself a real moving company He will play games with you and threaten to keep your belongings hostage unless you meet his price demands. You should change your name to the peoples chump moving company You have been warned people.

They were fantastic. I moved from Freehold,NJ to Philadelphia, PA and I must say I was impressed with the level of customer service, them being punctual and how they handle my belongings. I would recommend the People's CHAMP to people everywhere. Great job guys!!!!!
