Took a long time with my food , loud and crazy employees at the window while orders been token a young man that took order just told me to pull up but never took my order at the window . I was disappointed with my visit that night .... NEVER AGAIN
Since they tore down the old Wendy the new one us very nice. The only thing is they don't give enough crackers for the chill. They have really great lemonade. It has a great taste.
I love there chicken salad sandwiches. With the waffle fries. The sugar free lemonade is very tasty. Only thing is if you ask for sugar free. Make sure they give you right one. Esp if you have diabetes. They are very fast. If you park in the handicap spaces. If have to watch out when you back up. They want let you out. I don't think the chicken salads are as good as they used to be. There priced are a little high.
I had a bad customer service at that place. The people in there is disrespectful and got terrible mouths. This big bitch got smart with me and my mother. And the other workers was gonna have her come fight me. I can't fight because I'm pregnant they shouldn't be working there with smart mouths.
I visited this location Tuesday 5/9/17 during my lunch, and had a horrible experience. It is the Wendy's on Eastway Dr. This was a drive-thru order. I ordered a spicy chicken Caesar salad/half-size. I got back to work, ate half of the salad when I noticed a ladybug at the bottom of my salad! Needless to say I got sick right away because I don't know if I had eaten anymore that could've been in the salad that I didn't see. I had 4 co-workers that saw the bug in my salad as well. I tried to contact this location and speak to a manager, wasn't able to get anyone on the phone that wanted to deal with this and was put on hold several times. I provided feedback via the main Wendy's website, didn't hear anything back. Contacted the main corporate number and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I messaged on their main FB page and after a day their response was " Stephanie, we are so disappointed to see this! Thank you for providing the location where this occurred. What is your phone number so we can have management get in touch with you to make this right? Thank you!" So I provided my contact information. Another day goes by and their next response was "Thank you for that. The management team for this location will be in touch with you to make this right. Have a great day!" Guess what? No one contacted me! Isn't that a surprise?! I definitely will not be back to that location, and probably will not have any salads from Wendy's or any salads for a while. How unprofessional this company is, not wanting to make this right! I know it could've been worse, like a bat or a roach in the salad....a ladybug is a bug and shouldn't have been in my food period! Be aware of what could be in your food, especially from this place!
GREAT ESTABLISHMENT!! Don't listen to her! This facility was just opened and when me and my family were there a line was wrapping around the store! practice makes perfect! This could be someone's first job, or they've never dealt with a lot of traffic at another job.
Disregard what she said this chipotle has very good energy the only reason why they were out of steak was because it's opening week so they ran out of things fast try next week.
My husband and I were so excited to get a Chipotle over by Northlake and went in for the first time today, but unfortunately won't be returning. We witnessed a female employee get frustrated with a customer within a matter of seconds, she rolled her eyes twice at the customer and then decided she didn't want to help her, so someone else did. We got up to order, there wasn't any steak and we asked if any would be coming out. Another female employee told us no, but we looked behind her and the lady was cutting up the steak and wasn't almost ready to be served. As we stood there waiting just a few minutes to get the steak, the one female employee was carrying on about how she wanted to punch the other customer in the face and she better be glad she wasn't off work yet and how annoying it was that she was stuttering and couldn't understand her.There were way too many young people working this line and I highly recommend management to get more experienced employees or for them to watch their employees closer. It was a very disappointing experience.
Sometimes the kids working there are too loud. Great managers. They are very busy @ lunch time & Saturdays, but usually get thru quickly
Shame on me for giving this Bojangles three opportunities to just get my food to me from the drive thru. First time after 30 minutes, I went inside and was told someone must have given away my borounds. Second time after 30 minutes I was told they couldn't find me. I was parked in the space beside the drive through and they delivered food to the car beside me. This time, after 25 minutes, I walked inside and my food was just sitting in the bin. I asked where I was suppose to park to wait. No one could answer me. I asked if anyone looked for my car. No answer. Shame on me for giving this store three chances.
