Lakeshore Employee Testing Services is a locally owned and run business that has been located in Chautauqua County since 1994. Our company has been proudly helping local businesses provide a drug free workplace for the past 16 years. We are also very proud to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Our office is located at 202 East Main Street in Fredonia NY and our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. We are however on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office can be reached at 71-672-5387. When calling this number after hours you will be given to our on call collector who can help you with your needs. Our office offers many services ranging from urine drug testing, breath alcohol testing, non criminal fingerprinting, hair testing, and our Department of Health certified e Screen services. As of Sept.1,2011 we have also began DNA paternity testing at our office. Our staff is fully certified in all aspects of the employee testing procedures, we are trained and certified in all our fields of collection and fully trained in all Department of Transportation laws and regulations. We do offer on site testing for your conveince at no extra charge for your random drug testing program and if we do not have a collector in your area we are able to link you with a collection site. We can also provide your company with supervisor training and written policies for your drug testing needs. A price for these services can be discussed by calling our office. There is no yearly fee to join our company and it is real easy to get started. We simply take the company information you have provided and input it into our drug testing program which will generate random pulls to be completed in four quarters for the year. All your information is kept in our files safe and secure until you need it.
