Upon requesting refund of my $874 security deposit, after the end of my 6 month lease, I was informed that $500 was being withheld for "late rent". This was the first time during the entire 6 month lease that I was informed that any of my payment had been considered late. I had paid every rent payment on time. Carolyn Liddell, Property Manager, stated during a phone call regarding the security deposit that the "property owner" notified me. First of all, this is not true. Second,all business matters are supposed to be conducted by Sun. She then indicated "the window sill in the bathroom was dusty", then proceeded to shout and me and hang up on me.Moreover, I was never sent an itemized deduction notice, which is required by state regulation. Sun Property's conduct is absolutely appalling. that I was informed my lease was considered later. I had paid every rent payment on time.
