The shop advised me it was ok to have all the checks from the insurance company go directly to them. After agreeing to that the shop called me 3-4 times a day demanding that I pay them the amount the insurance company owed. The insurance company called the shop multiple times to advise no check was sent to me and all checks were sent directly to them. When i attempted to address the issue the shop manager responded by interrupting every sentence to tell me why I, the customer was the one at fault. Radley agreed to deal directly with the insurance company for payment. Their staff hounded me with phone calls, none of which had to do with anything other than payment; no status updates on my vehicle or even a friendly check up. I will never use this shop again, and I will remember their poor service whenever I am asked about this dealership or shop.
the staff at the Collision Center were superior from the staff at the Saturn dealership, and I have told everyone that I work with. I have also had the pleasure of working with the Service Center at Radley Chevrolet and they also went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
Purchased a used G35 in June 2010. Mr. Yamil Abed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did not experience any high pressure sales pitch, which is one of the reasons why we ultimately bought the car from Passport. Yamil ensured that we spent enough time to look over the car prior to our purchase. He even offered us a very lengthy test drive on our own. Our email inquiries were answered promptly and thoroughly. Ms. Latoya G. (finance dept) was also very helpful. She was very straight forward and did not try to pressure us to buy things we didn't want. The Sales Consultant was extremely helpful and gave us his undivided attention and went above and beyond to find the vehicle with all the options we wanted. Sales Associate Mike Cundiff was very professional and remembered details about my search for the right vehicle. There was no attempt to sell me something other than what I requested unlike other dealerships I have experienced in the past. After the sale, Mike has continued to answer questions and to be available at anytime to help with the electronic features of the instrument panel. Sales Mgr. J. Pittman went the extra mile to assure that all facets of the sale were to my expectations. Radley has an excellent sales team and we have enjoyed working with Mike Cundiff.

I basically purchased this vehicle over the phone, as we are two hours from the dealership. The Internet sales manager was the first one willing to completely work the deal by phone and email, where as most dealerships simply pressure you to come to the showroom. She was friendly, competant, and tracked down the vehicle we wanted after the one at Radley had been sold. In short, this is the way I like to purchase a car, and even with the distance, I would use Radley again to purchase a Chevrolet.

I have just purchased by second Equinox from Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg. I wanted to express to you how wonderful I was treated by the Radley Employees involved in the sale. Michael Jordan (my Salesman) was very busy (which is good for you and himself) but maintained a good balance with his customers, where there hitches?...yes, but he handled them very well. John Buckner is a true man of honor, that should be enough in today's business. I found that Mr. Buckner was a no nonsence business man and a man of his word. He was not hiding in his office to talk to Michael, when answering a question he came out to speak with me the customer...both gentlemen were true professionals. I am preparing to teach a course in Business Ethics at a local college and I can assure you that Mr. Buckner and Radley Chevrolet will come out in our classroom discussions. I have had numerous chances to deal with Radley Chevrolet and plan to be a loyal customer.

I purchased a car from Radley Chevrolet at the end of August and have to say that it was the best car buying experience I have had. Michael Jordan and David Busbee assisted us with the sale and both had incredible knowledge about the cars on the lot. Got everything I asked for and then some! This is my first Chevy purchase so I hope it works out well haha :)
