        I am NOT recommending PNC Bank. I am a business owner in Fredericksburg, and have been in business 20 years. I am looking for partners who are up front, fair, and responsive. PNC and in particular Chatham Branch was unfair, unresponsive, and downright unfriendly. I've canceled my accounts and I recommend that you take your business somewhere else.
