Agree with Wednesday...refused to return contact for over 6 months and then 3 weeks before trial date I find out I have a trial date because I didn't respond to the other attorney's request for info OVER FOUR MONTHS AGO! And from day one he encouraged me to just give her what she wanted...guess he decides what cases are worth his time and what cases can be left for the client to get the shaft.

Mr. Philips is a GREAT attorney. Whoever wrote the previous review must be very lost. I am a paralegal at a very large Law Firm in D.C. and I deal with attorneys day in and day out. Mr. Philips is very responsive the only time he has not gotten back in touch with me right away is because he was either in court or attending to another client as my wait times were very minimal! Mr. Phillips represented me in a personal injury case against Kings Dominion he didn't ask me for any money upfront and upon completion of my case he was extremely fair in the wages he required for his hard work. I would like to add that my case was complex in nature and I was nervous in the beginning that he would be tackling it alone - being a paralegal I have seen cases like this and usually its a couple of attorneys/paralegals working on it. Mr. Phillips was able to handle it alone and I was in amazement! So....my hat goes off to the man as I have much respect for his amazing capabilities! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not communicative. Hard to reach. Doesn't return phone calls at all. Does not inspire confidence that you are an important client.
