I LOVE THIS PLACE BUT I WILL ONLY GO WHEN DANA IS WORKINGSHE IS VERY KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT THE MENU AND ABOUT THE SPECIALS
Was at restaurant on 1/6/2017 for dinner. Appetizer was delivered with entrees, entrees were cold. no refills on coffee offered. Later that evening starting feeling sick, severe abdominal pain, sweats, and fatigue. Will never go to Applebee's again!!!
This Applebees sets itself apart with its professional staff and excellent Managers. The bathrooms are kept clean, the food is on time and delivered with excellence. I will going back and telling many people about this.

So you dined at that location 2x a week? Must have been pretty good up until you had an issue.....what about all the other times you dines there? This is why these ratings are not accurate, you are asked to rate the restaurant as a whole, not that one visit. If the kiosk stated you didn't pay, what should they have done, told you to have a good day and hope you the machine is wrong and you did pay? Unfortunately, some people eat and leave without paying and unfortunately the kiosk said you didn't pay and you were embarrassed. Don't really see what they did wrong to deserve 1 star................
this place is AMAZING been going here for years and even I moved 2 hours away I still try to come by at least once a week ---- ( YES it is that good ) ladies there already know what I want when i walk in my tea and my husband coffee is there before we can count ... if you leave hungry its your own fault

We typically dine in at this location 2 times a week. Needless to say after being so rudely insulted by our server we won't be returning! This restaurant is most certainly not ready for modern technology or this server wasn't adequately trained on the pay at your table Ziosk. After our party of 5 completed our meal and the server brought our check - I used the Ziosk, as I do quite frequently. As we left and got into our vehicle, I look up and see the waitress running out the door (followed by the manager). They approached the front passenger window of my vehicle and she said we did not pay. Here I thought we had left something on the table and she was just returning it, boy was I wrong. I told her I did in fact pay and I had my receipt. She said, well when I pulled it up it says you did not. I was confused and VERY INSULTED and said I've never been chased out of a restaurant in my entire life. I went into my wallet and handed her the receipt the Ziosk had printed out and her response was, "Wow, that's weird". I had even tipped her over 20% (nearly $17 for our 1 hour visit). We dine out every day - the Outback, Applebee's & Longhorn will continue to get our business -- not Chili's!
