Most unprofessional "business" ever. My dad spoke to Randy (owner) last week and made an appointment for my Jeep Saturday Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. Randy said they're closed Saturdays, but they take appointments. On Saturday, we drove an hour out to Fredericksburg and no one ever showed, but the owner's truck was there. We thought he maybe forgot to tell us he had to cancel? We sat there for two hours before giving up and leaving. We called, texted, Facebook messaged, and instagram messaged up through today (Tuesday) and he literally has ignored everything. I checked his personal Facebook and he's posted there many times. He just chooses to ignore his customers. I would consider wrapping to be more of a hobby if his than a business. Go somewhere else for your wrapping needs. This guy is a joke.

First off, Sylvia and Amanda were fantastic on getting me set up for what I desired for hardwood installation. Melinda in scheduling was great in being proactive to get me on the schedule. The end result was very good but pretty sure I won't be back. Why? The installers were fantastic, the follow on crew, the staining crew, not reliable at all. I couldn't ever get them to nail down a time when they would show. Each day they got later and later. Of course, I had to be there at 8 a.m. waiting. Finally, while the stain looks good, because of his tardiness with getting here to apply the polyurethane coats, I didn't get the 3rd application because that was the same day Carpet House had allotted to bring folks in to move my furniture back. I ended up kicking out the contractor as I was tired of his not staying to the schedule and making excuses for not telling me times he would show. The real FRUSTRATION, I let Carpet House know of the issue and they STILL BILLED ME FOR THE ENTIRE 2ND PAYMENT! Didn't even take the time to send me a detail final invoice or even deduct the fact I didn't get 3rd polyurethane application. Pretty sure I won't be back for next phase of project or even do business with their parent company, Sims Furniture as there seems to be an inability to communicate
Place is a Nightmare. Felt like i was buying a used car. They dont return phone calls or emails. After second install things are ok. almost a year process. So glad the process is over and im done with these people.
Left exposed tacks in all doorways! My wife and 4yo daughter both stepped on tacks and punctured their feet. My wife's accident caused serious bleeding. The service manager's answer to this was, "thats how its supposed to be." After a big sigh he said, "I guess we can send someone out there for a service call." Wound up pulling up the carpet and fixing it myself. The installers also marked up freshly painted walls and were 1 1/2 hrs late for their appointment.
First off, I paid 1/2 the money down to have hardwood floors installed. I gave the salesmen my credit card information and told him to not store my credit card information. By law, companies are not allowed to store this information. But low and behold before the job was done and without my consent the salesman, who must have had my card information in his briefcase for 3 weeks decided to run the balance on my card ($3100 plus). Excuse me..jobs not done and we're not talking about $50,,,this company should be investigated for being non-PCI compliant. A one day actually took three plus two Saturday mornings! So I had to miss work for the 3 days and waste my entire Saturday mornings for two weeks in a row, which they could care less. I could go on and on, but just RUN RUN as fast as you can away from this company! They only care about their profit - not about customer satisfaction or quality work.
They seem to have a nice showroom, and I was interested in having them give me an estimate for a large flooring job in my house. However, I went to this store twice and none of the sales people could be bothered to speak to me. The first time I caught a sales guy as he was hurrying out the door, and he told me I could wait a half hour to talk with another salesman, or I could go into the back and hunt down the sales manager. I proceeded to walk around the store for 15 minutes and saw no one. The next time, I walked in the front door and immediately saw a man and woman at a desk that didn't acknowledge me at all. I walked around the store a while, and while the sales guys there didn't look busy, they were all talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me. After nobody spoke to me after several minutes, I walked out. I looked right at the woman at the front desk, and she just looked at me and said nothing. I guess they don't want my business.
They have been around for many years; they are very professional and I would highly recommend them.
